Stayed for our trip to Quebec city and had so much fun in the tub! Enjoyed dinner we ordered to the hotel near the fire and slept well in the comfy bed. Was a little loud with all the kids running around and the breakfast was okay but didn't have a lot of options.

The most frustrating thing was the fan noise in the room which was on and off which woke us up during night.In the bathroom,the sink was clogged ,there was mold in the corners and the paint was peeling off.Very poor condition Also ,the pool which the kids were looking up for during our 4 days stays was out of order.It would would have been professional if they had let us know during booking or before getting there.

It was a great hotel for our short stay in Levis! AMAZING staff! We had a problem with our room because the heat wasn’t working at all so they changed our room as soon as they could. TV in our second room was pretty old sadly but at least working

The bed covers were stained and when called the reception, they didn't informed us their cleaning crew had gone for the day, so we had to get down and get new sheets ourselves. There was never an offer to move us to a different room that was cleaned properly

The pool and sauna were lovely. The room was not very clean, floors were dirty, filth in the chairs, blood stain on the pillow case, smoke detector was broken, television remote was missing, when replaced it didn’t work, plug for the bathtub didn’t work etc.

After driving 10 hrs I was hoping to relax in my room. Instead, I found the window had been open all day in -10 degree weather and it was just as cold inside my room as it was outside. When I notified the front desk, their reply was “oh ok!” No effort made by staff to fix their error. So disappointing as I have stayed here 2 other times without issue. Their staff need to do better.
