The pool area was a mess. The evening of our arrival there were young children unattended throwing a baseball at each other as hard as possible and I got hit in the side of the head. My young son and I left the pool. The following morning, we got up for an early swim. The pool area was dirty. There were no clean towels, litter on the floor, and a portion of the ceiling was literally on the floor due to possible water damage. I asked the front desk for a pool towel as there were no clean towels anywhere (only dirty ones on the floor) their response was to tell me to go find “a lady that cleans them”. I wandered a bit to find someone, with no luck I asked again and he didn’t seem very happy to help me. When he brought in a few clean towels, I showed him where the ceiling was falling apart and he just shrugged and walked out. Upon check out, no one asked if our stay was ok - barely said anything to me. For $230 dollars I am not a happy customer. Will not be saying again.
