We arrived early at the hotel (around 12:30 pm) on Thursday (May 22nd) early, and wanted to visit Old Quebec to make the most of our time before check in. We asked the lady at the front desk where the bus stop was, and she responded with a rather rude attitude, telling us there was a transportation strike in the city. She didn't offer any alternatives or even suggest calling a taxi. We then tried to ask her about parking at the hotel, but she seemed to ignore us, so we left without asking any further questions.
The check-in was handled by a different staff member who was slightly more friendly. The room was clean, but not very spacious. The bathroom was also clean, but there was no shampoo, so we called the front desk and they said they would refill it the next day, but they never did.
The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there's a coffee machine with good coffee options and a microwave in the lobby area. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but it's a bit far from the tourist areas. My rating is referred mostly to the poor service at the front desk at the time of my arrival and the lack of supplies in the room.
In conclusion, I wouldn't stay here again and I think the room cost doesn't match with the service received.
