Everything was good until we had to leave a day earlier than stipulated and there was no staff at the reception, the lady who was in an office was talking on the phone she ignored me on several occasions and after leaving me waiting she did not want to give me a receipt of my stay and the treatment was not good.

Plutôt motel qu'hôtel
Séjour très moyen avec le stricte minimum pour passer un séjour correct sans plus. La sdb est veille et la propreté y est douteuse. Les draps du lit s'enlèvent très facilement, du coup on a trouvé des taches. Je ne comprends toujours pas les commentaires super positifs sur cet hôtel qui ressemble plus à un motel. Il ne vaut clairement pas 200 dollars la nuit. Seul point positif : le personnel agréable.

Staff was helpful, rooms were clean and beds were good. The garbage out front was overflowing and needed to be taken care of. We found this disappointing that it was not removed.

The Coffee in lobby is made by commercial espresso machine, we enjoyed an entire line of coffee all the day! The front desk lady gave us 3 days free bus RTC card. By bus route 80, 74 and many more. we were go / back from hotel and downtown area very convenient!
