Average hotel, good location. Bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The dispensers look like the kind you'd find in an gas station. The shampoo/body wash & conditioner are one of the worst I've found in a hotel. Pool is super cute!

This potentially could be a great hotel in a good location. It’s been let go and there’s just a lot of little things that wouldn’t even cost a lot to fix to make it more appealing. The headboard was peeling and cleanliness could be stepped up a little. The room was spacious. It had lots of restaurants surrounding it, plus a restaurant right in the hotel. Shopping in the hotel also. Parking is a nightmare, They charge you, and send you blocks away. If my husband wouldn’t have been with us to go get the car every day, it wouldn’t have been doable with my bad knee. We enjoyed Sunday brunch in the revolving restaurant above the hotel.

Overnight stay. Check-in was straight forward. One of the four elevators not working so the wait was longer. The hot tubs were not working when we were there.

Séjours correct dans le vieux Québec !
Nous avons déjà séjourné à quelques reprises à l’hôtel Concorde auparavant. Notre séjour de Janvier 2025 était conforme à nos attentes. Par contre, il faut savoir que l’Hôtel Concorde a perdu de sa réputation de luxe d’antan. Les moins : L’hôtel n’est pas neuf et les diverses infrastructures aussi. Notre chambre était remise au goût du jour, mais il y avait quelques signes d’usure sur les murs, les portes, le plancher et le mobilier. Le système de chauffage et de climatisation de notre chambre avait besoin de mise à jour et de nettoyage. Les plus: Les lits, quoique un peu mou, étaient confortables et propres. La télé et l’internet fonctionnaient parfaitement. La vue sur Québec à partir de la chambre était époustouflante. Le prix était très bien et le stationnement souterrain sur place (25 $/nuit et forfait pour plus de nuit) m’a permis de laisser mon auto en toute sécurité. Tous les équipements de la salle de bain fonctionnaient correctement. En résumé, On ne va pas à l’hôtel Concorde si on veut un hôtel flambant neuf ou très luxueux. On va à l’Hôtel Concorde en surveillant les bas prix périodique, on choisit une chambre en hauteur pour admirer la vue, on passe la journée à se promener à pied dans la vieille ville de Québec ou sur les plaines d’Abraham accessible directement à partir de l’hôtel et on termine la journée en dégustant un excellent repas au Ciel! Bistro-Bar au sommet de l’hôtel. Je choisirai encore l'Hôtel Concorde pour un séjour futur.

Pros: - great location, 10 mins walk to downtown, - excellent brunch at Ciel Bistro Bar which has a 360 rotating view at reasonable price - underground parking but not free Cons: - close to zero internet connection in guest room - hotel room is outdated (closet door falling apart) with minimal amenities (no safe, cheapest coffee maker) - cleaning lady left an envelope in the room for tipping - only 2 charging station. We couldn’t charge our tesla due to parking spot too narrow
