My wife and I were disappointed. Somehow I booked a smoking room. Staff said they would clean it so there would be no smell. Waited the hour they said it would take. No difference. Not sure if they even did it. Saturday night the bathroom sink only has hot water coming from both faucets. Sunday morning the shower drain didn’t work well and stood in 2 inches of water while showering. The whole place seemed dirty. Hotel stated they had a bar. The bar was a few seats and a wall of tv’s in the middle of the casino. We won’t be staying there again and will not recommend.

Ok stay

The hotel staff were overwhelmed by a busy weekend, and I had to call multiple times to reach the front desk. Frustratingly, the wifi was not working for our room and the staff told me that no tech support people were available during the weekend. Otherwise the room was clean and had all the advertised amenities.

We had a nice time. Didnt feel safe in parking garage though. It looked like homeless men were hanging around the elevator area which is were we parked due to disabled parking. King suite in south tower was okay. A bit run down. Could have been maintained better. Peeling wallpaper, peeling paint and chipped wood on the entire bottom of the bathroom door. Picture on walls have a black frame and you could see a good 1/4 of dust around the edging from not being cleaned. Carpet in room also had some stains. Quality of luggage carts very cheap and not durable. Front wheels on all the carts were bent and wabbely making it hard to push the cart. Casino could use better ventilation for smoke or better yet eliminate smoking in casino all together and have a smoking place outside if someone wants to light up. There is a very small nonsmoking area in the casino but not a good selection of slot machines. Security at Entrance of Casino could be a bit more friendlier too. Would we visit again?? Maybe. We like to gamble and like being near the Mississippi river. Like staying in a Casino with a Hotel for conveniece if wushing to gamble late at night and not worrying about having to drive back to another Hotel. Get better security, clean rooms better and then we'll come back for sure.

I liked the casino it was clean the staff was great even though my friend was loud and escorted back to the room. He cooperative and the staff handled it well and was not rude to him or me.

We checked in, went to our room and noticed the bathroom still had trash in the trash can and the box soap was open and used. The air conditioning was extremely loud and a loud whining sound accompanied it every time it turned out. The bed was extremely firm and I got very little sleep.
