Great value! Beautiful pool! Breakfast was a nice spread. Hotel is great, especially for the amount of money. But especially enjoyed my time in the restaurant/bar Big. Our bartender helped us after a crappy day. He was absolutely awesome.

Bugs and no way to contact hotels.com
The room had bugs everywhere. While most were dead, we did find live bugs too. They did move us to a different room but couldn’t sleep all night knowing what we saw in the other room. We could not cancel the room and move to a different hotel because we booked through a third party “hotels.com”. After driving all day we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Obviously that did not happen. We felt a little helpless because we were unable to find a number to call hotels.com. All their instructions gave us was the number to the bug ridden hotel we were staying at. We learned not to use hotels.com and still had to paid full price for the disgusting room.

The wonderful staff went over and above in accommodating our group and giving us extra perks. The restaurant food was amazing. However, the room was without anywhere to sit except the desk chair…extremely sparse and not comfortable. The bed was very saggy. I cut my stay short as a result.

Midnight shift clerk rude and disrespectful, even after a man entered our room at 11pm, with a key! We were both assigned to the same room, hours apart! No apology and accepted no responsibility. Very disappointing experience.

Restaurant servers and food service were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was good and fairly priced. Breakfast had limited items but everything was fresh and good. Front desk could use training in customer service friendliness. Efficient but no warm fuzzies there. I also found the hotel to be a bit like a maze, difficult to find our way around, especially when room was as far from everything as it could be. Also overpriced compared to other hotels on our vacation.

Scary
Service was great and people were friendly but environment was horrible. There was a bug in our first room then we got to changed to a different room and there was also bugs in there too. We were too tired to asked to change rooms because obviously there a bugs everywhere.
