Very friendly English speaking. Also note that in the Wotif notes, it states that the front reception is unstaffed, this isnt true. The reception is staffed as per a normal high end hotel. Walking distance to most features and the concierge will help by writing any tourist destination in Chinese so the local taxi drivers can deliver you to your destination easily

OK, if you are a foreigner staying in China, this is an amazing hotel to stay at. The staff speaks excellent English and was so helpful in navigating the city, how to get places, and helping us use Chinese apps for discounts, basically anything you need. Very friendly.
