Very disappointed.
Our checking was not pleasant. The front desk girl was rude. I love to write good reviews even F the services are average or above average. This hotel was not cheap with more than Rs5000 per night. I requested another key, but it was rudely denied by the front desk girl. My wife was sick so I requested one key for me and one for my wife, so that when I am in and out my wife is not disturbed. The arm chair was dirty and rigged on right arm. We requested room cleaning service when going out but when we came back it was not done and the reasoning given was that I took the key with me. We turned on the switch to request room cleaning, but the guest has to be in the room to get it cleaned because once you take out the from the power switching slot, everything shuts down. I politely suggested the front desk girl to be nice and pleasant with the customers but she point blank said “write whatever review you want to write”. I do own part of a hotel in the US and this was a shock for me to hear from a business entity I am so admirer of. I suggest the owner regularly provide training to their employees in the hospitality business for better customer care.
