Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean and easy walking distance to shops, dining and water. Great location. A little rustic but I loved my room and the staff.

Relatively small, family-run hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Very good hot water and water pressure in the shower. Bed is comfortable. AC available. Breakfast was very good. Best location in Punta del Este. Very good value for money. Will definitely return.

Nice hotel on a very nice beach resort

THe hotel is on Calle 20, a main street of the area. The hotel is close to beaches on both sides. The room is very clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly. They speak good English. The breakfast is decent with milk, tea/coffee, peach juice, egg, bread, cookie, etc. I would highly recommend it.

Friendly,clean and efficient hotel near the water.

Very clean hotel with accommodating staff. The room was small but neat abd the bed, lighting and cleanliness were all very good. Very good location one block from the water and near the picturesque marina. Breakfast hours were long with good variety of everything but fruit. On-site parking is another big advantage.

Good price in an expensive area.

The rooms are small, tired and dated but you don't come to Punta del Este to sit in your room! The hotel looks nicer from the outside and foyer than the rooms are but it was good value for money and the staff were lovely and helpful. It is in a great location and the area out the front on the patio is a nice spot to sit with a book.

Mala relación calidad - precio.

No quedamos conformes, aunque, del hotel destacó la limpieza, pues las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y el personal es muy amable. Pero la habitación era pequeña, el desayuno con escasa variedad (por ej. pedimos huevos revueltos u omelette y no lo hacían) e instalaciones antiguas. Excesivo el precio que nos cobraron para la calidad del hotel. Además es abusivo que en semana de turismo el precio sea casi el doble que los días posteriores a la misma.

Localização excelente. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom. Estacionamento tem que avisar com antecedência e sao 12 dolares por dia. Como não conseguimos vaga, deixamos na rua em frente ao hotel.
