I recently stayed at Zel Punta Cana, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The room was spacious and comfortable. The property is very beautiful. Staff were always friendly and asked how our stay is. Special thanks to waitresses in Parda restaurant, bartenders on Beach club and Voltaje bar, Miguel . He is very friendly, listens carefully customers orders and explains drinks. I would like to mantion all manes who were very nice and helpful during our stay.. It will be helpful for us if staff have name tags. We definitely stay here again in the future.

I went for 4 days for spring break! Very pretty resort. The staff was super friendly & helpful. I really enjoyed the morning workouts; HIIT at 8am with Kimberly was a 5/5! The beach club food was great I had lunch there every day! The sushi spot is not the best if you’re a sushi eater, but the steakhouse was also great! The buffet served a variety of things which were good. Another fav was the bathtub on the balcony. I love big tubs! Overall I give it 4.5/5 stars.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed ourselves the staff was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and well layed out, the food was good and the bar tenders were great! The spa and massage was perfect. Needless to say we were definitely blown away by the whole experience. They had activities and entertainment. There was little to no kids so very relaxing. I would highly recommend this for any adults looking to get away and relax without being completely bored.

If you want to go relax this is the resort…if you are looking for entertainment there is none other than yoga by the Pool. There is only three restaurantes. The buffet is very good i only wish they had Dominican food. The room Are decorated lovely i enjoyed it
