Had a great stay here. Rooms were excellent. Serviced every day, and the fridge was re-stocked. Staff very friendly. Our butler, Rodney, looked after our group. My only gripe would be some of the restaurants could produce better food. I did enjoy Portafina, and the hibachi. Plus the breakfast buffet, was nice and varied with great coffee.

TRS was amazing, definitely recommend, food was great and staff is super friendly. Beach was clean. Service was 10/10, only downside which is not the in property control or their fault is that the hotel is catered more to an older crowd not sure exactly why lmao but def lots of og’s there….

We had a fantastic time at TRS Turquesa! The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. A big thank you to our butler Norielis, she was so sweet, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. She truly made everything easier and more enjoyable. “Tour” isn’t even a tour it’s a sales presentation. Food is average as well as service. Solicitors everywhere you go, bothering you as you try to relax in layout beds. Listing doesn’t say it’s a compound of resorts and restaurants, I thought everything was in one resort. No fun entertainment unless you pay for a dinner show and that’s not even worth it. Place smells from the locals shops right next door to the resort and it’s noisty. Not private and didn’t feel safe walking the shared beach at night. A guy walking around selling drugs

Beware of slimy sales tactics. The green shirts invite you to a “special breakfast” that’s actually a sales pitch. And if you have any points accumulated, restaurant staff offer you “free. Absolutely no charge to you” chocolate and wines and then deduct your points for it. Apart from that, beautiful resort and mediocre-good service

Norielis (our butler) and Dahiana (server in the premium areas at the pool and beach) were wonderful! Responsive and friendly. Five stars for both of them. The service at the restaurants weren’t as great. We frequently had to ask for water at restaurants and the hostess at La Boheme was unfriendly. The resort was clean but showed its age and could use an update. Especially in the rooms. The massages were amazing! The spa did have a few things not working so if you’re interested in doing the hydrotherapy, make sure it has everything you want working. The romantic dinner was great until they started playing loud dance music halfway through. We also got soaked from the waves Favorite food: food truck near swim up rooms and La boheme (French onion soup, fondue, and crepe Suzette) Overall, we would rate the hotel an 8/10. Our butler made the stay stress free for us and we are extremely thankful for her.

Room maid was excellent. Staff customer service needs improvements, staff was not helpful in providing options and often times did not know the answers to entertainment options, did not find out that they had a mini golf until our last day there. They never promoted it nor mentioned it. restaurants advertised were 15 and only 5 were actually opened. I expected better service for a hotel that was highly rated. They seemed to be more interested in selling a timeshare/vacation club membership more than providing a feel good experience. I wouldn't go there again. They need to be honest with their guest and improve the experience you pay for. And when i booked the place there was no mention about restaurants closed and about remodeling going on. Dissatisfied overall by the administration.

Customer service was very poor our room got water from the ceiling and flooded the floor and with no power for 35 minutes couldn’t call anyone to help the phone was not working and next morning we went to the customer service talk to the manager he said nothing we can do about. I paid extra for the upgrade to our room and I just wanted to return my upgrade money which was not at the extendedo of the room which has water leak and the ceiling falling. The customer service said we don’t care it happens and we have no one to help us the way it should have been done. We had to fight.to get tow days re reimburse. The customer service is very terrible and they not trained properly to help the customers.
