All the staff was very nice, but I especially liked Leo the Butler, who was always available and eager to help. He made my stay pleasant. The bell boys shoud know what taxista they're calling, I didn't like beeing ripped off on the ride to the airport. I paid $20 going to the rasort and $40 going back to the airport

Absolutely love this resort. Already want to go back. We had such an amazing time. The resort is clean and safe. The staff is INCREDIBLE and so kind! I miss it already. The dining options were great and excursions and transportation are provided by the hotel. I recommend the scape park and sunset cruise!

Some renovations would be good, not enough dining, and there is limited access which defeats the purpose of all-inclusive. All dining can't be closed at the same time. The drinks are very weak, for adults only, expected better cocktails, and I'm not even a big drinker. The rooms however are cleaned frequently

The entire resort in general is small & quiet. Very nice relaxing ambiance. The food was excellent especially the Italian restaurant. They did not have many activities and to be honest a lot of the staff made excuses not to help. We asked for a ocean front view and we barely saw the ocean from our view. Our hot tub was filthy. There is no beach. Ty

I didn’t receive any VIP benefits. Customer service was horrible. And I got charged twice for an extra guest which was already paid for when I booked my trip. Would not recommend this place

First I would like to say Carlos Perez, Gregory and most of the staff were very nice and helpful. We appreciate their hospitality. But the amenities are subpar. Management needs to better train their staff or need better to be trained themselves. The shower head was not working properly and needs to be repaired. The dining options were our biggest complaint until my wife was in room with do not disturb sign on door, an employee entered the room and scared her. I don’t understand why he opened the door immediately before verifying if there was anyone in the room and also disregarded the do not disturb sign on door. We already had room service earlier. I told management about this and asked for compensation. He said he would offer a $300 romantic dinner but made us sign a document that was written in Spanish. We were in a box room with glass walls and everyone outside the box could see us. It was so uncomfortable we decided to leave the room and sit with the rest of the hotel guests. We were told the cameras validate our complaint. I have a copy of the text messages with our concierge, a copy of the complaint, and the letter we had to sign. We felt deceived but at 8:30 we had two choices stay and eat or find another place to eat. I hope no one experiences this and hope Expedia will compensate us better than the lie Jose Ant sold us.

The staff was extremely helpful and everyone was professional… the nightly entertainment was enjoyable and attentive to details because it was a special occasion and we were greeted with dessert to the room to commemorate. My husband and I plan on returning in the future.

The service is amazing, very nice staff. I would only have one observation and it’s regarding food; it could be a little better overall. Now, don’t expect the most beautiful beach in this hotel, but Juanillo beach is very close and the hotel offers free shuttle to it. Juanillo beach is stunning though, very worthwhile visiting.
