Dirty rooms and unprofessional staff perfectly defines this hotel. The beach is awful but the pools are good. Restaurants and food are OK but the service is not good. Worst experience in an all inclusive hotel.

The property within itself was clean and room service staff was very friendly. And that’s about as good as it gets. The staff did not seem like they wanted to work and were not friendly at all nor welcoming. It was also not a language barrier situation as I speak spanish fluently. We sat at a restaurant (bar grill) for 20 minutes and were completely ignored by workers. They served 3 other parties that arrived later. The app they use to reserve dinner table did not work very well. Food wise they lacked options and flavor. My partner came back with a very upset stomach and throwing up. Definitely needs a lot of work and employees need better training on hospitality.

This resort was amazing! We had an amazing time the staff were super nice and welcoming, there was a lot of events going on at night. The only con we had was that the pool and the beach closed at 7 and the pool bars closed at 6:30. Other than that great stay highly recommended
