Nice property, very clean. Food at restaurants was good but on buffet they could be better. Price was amaizing and so was the treatment from the staff especially from the entertainment team Yarilys and from the cart staff Nathanael .

The only downside was that the swim-out pool room the door did not lock and this was my second time staying in a similar room, but we just used the deadbolt instead which also didn’t lock properly but not once we're me and my friends nervous about someone coming in

Nice beach. A lot of umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. I did not like the ocean. Dirty and too shallow. Very low quality of liquors. The bartenders make drinks at desire strength. Very nice coffee shop.

Went for my husband bday weekend. The resort is very nice and clean. Most of the staff were friendly. Check in was smooth, we even upgraded our room. The restaurants never had availability for reservations so we had the buffet except for one night. We did dinner in the beach which was a service we paid for. The logistics behind it weren’t handled too well but it turned out great. My only complaint is about the company Xpand that are on the hotel property to offer your an expensive travel membership. I won’t go into details it if you can avoid them, just do it. It’s not worth your time while you’re on vacation trying to enjoy yourself or just relax. For the most part, our stay was great.

This stay was honestly amazing. I was worried at first over some of the reviews but I honestly loved this resort. The food was great. I do recommend to book your reservation for the restaurants a day before. The resort itself is beautiful! I loved that everyday there is an activity or show provided by the resort. My favorite was the all white beach party ! Super fun ! Staff was super welcoming and always made me feel safe.

The property is clean, staff is friendly and the buffet has a wide variety of options. Great place for a vacation if you’re planning to just relax and enjoy the resort. The hotel was okay. Not the greatest but okay. Food didn’t have a variety and everyday it was basically the same. Room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait 3 hours past check in time. Front desk gave us an attitude. When taking a shower, there’s no door or wall so basically everyone can see you taking a shower. Would I stay there again? Nope.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 days, 5 nights stay at this resort. The staff from the front desk, bell boys, housekeepers to the wait staff were kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this resort!

I stayed at Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort – All Inclusive from June 3 to June 8, 2025, and unfortunately had a horrible experience. When I returned home, I realized that $525 in cash was missing from my wallet, which I had left inside my room (6221) among my personal belongings. Everything points to the money being taken while housekeeping had access, as it was the only thing missing. It was a very distressing experience that completely ruined my vacation. I did not feel safe or respected as a guest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I dont even know where to begin! we went there for our honeymoon and booked well in advance and added a note saying that its our honeymoon stay. Please dont expect any special treatment because the staff does not care!! They dont care to make you feel special in any way. They wont accommodate you under any circumstance. The food and variety is horrible! majority of the times it was old food, like reused/overcooked rice, or raw or overcooked chicken. If you dont have a reservation, the buffet for dinner is the same buffet for lunch. PLEASE DONT RELY ON THE AESTHETIC AMBIENCE. The resort is small. they are still under construction and from the looks of it, the construction wont stop for another year or maybe even more. doesnt matter what side of the resort you are on, whether the adult only side or the general side, you are being exposed to construction noise right in the morning! The only option on the beach for food is ONE foodtrcuk and good luck waiting in that long line up because people order so much at once and there is only one person working. The Drinks are falsely advertised. Every menu has black label written on it but they dont carry the bottles in any of the bars, not even the adult side. You can tip them as much as you want and they wont care, they simply do not care about your experience. Out of the 7 days of our stay, 5 mornings were spent in the lobby telling them about our concerns for food, drinks, noise and overall experience and they did not care! DONT BOOK

Property was beautiful. My only complaint would be the seaweeds on the beach but I guess it’s not the resorts fault. I do wish they had more entertainments at the resorts.

The resort itself was quite nice, very modern architecture, and fairly friendly staff. The restaurants were sub par aside from the teppanyaki at the asian restaurant, the pools were clean and cool, the beach was not as advertised and was quite covered with seaweed. Be aware of excursion salesmen on the beach, I would highly recommend booking excursions through the resort for best results. The area around the resort was quite dirty and unsightly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would give it a 3.8/5 stars.
