This resort is AMAZING!!! From the moment i stepped foot onto this property I was welcomed and treated like VIP. It started with the VIP checkin with Jonathan at guest services. Not only was checkin a breeze, i was greated with a drink and beautiful chocolates in my room. This was my first time as a solo traveler and Jonathan made me feel so safe. Any questions I had or things I needed he helped me to find. The grounds are breathtaking...the pictures do it no justice. The pools, exclusive rooftop infinity pool, and food was superior! George with spa services is THEE BEST!!! He not only helped to book spa service, but also walked me around the facilities showing me the gems of the hotel. PLEASE GO SEE HIM..you will not be disappointed. The spa service is amazing...ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Malene who did my relaxing massage and spa service was EXCELLENT!! It was the best spa treatment I ever experienced and I have been to plenty! The whole staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I will never forget my stay here. I will be back family. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!

The property looks very modern and clean. The beach had an area that wasn’t covered with seaweeds but the water was kinda murky. Overall the beach experience was good. Food was good (better than most all- inclusive places we’ve been to) however the AC inside the restaurants (steak house and French restaurant) were off the entire time we were there. The humidity was through the roof and we were sweating our balls off during dinner which made the experience terrible. We left right before dessert because we couldn’t handle the heat!

First off the property is under a year old and a lot more mordern. Customer service for the most part was excellent. The grounds were very nice, pools were also great. Some negatives that i will attribute to growing pains. Some of the building craftsmanship was sub par. Loose doors, railings, tilework was pretty sad. We did find beach chairs, tables, to be filthy everyday without seeing them being cleaned. They seemed to be out of beach towels a lot and the condition of them were pretty bad lol. These may be small details but to me they form the much larger picture. Food was great, booze was great and rooms were spacious. This resort is full of hardworking people that are honing their skills. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Very friendly staff, good daily entertainment programs and the property was kept real clean and nice. Pools were great. Loved the infinity pool at the family side of the resort. I am vegetarian and my wife is vegan, and we found the buffet hall at the family side of the resort had more options than the adult side of the resort's buffet hall.

Our stay at Serenade All Suites was a mixed experience. The resort itself was well-maintained and clean, and the rooms were kept immaculate thanks to the excellent housekeeping staff. However, the overall hospitality left much to be desired. While some staff members were polite and friendly, we encountered several who were rude, rolling their eyes at us or ignoring simple requests, such as asking for water. The service at the buffet was particularly disappointing, as we often waited an extended amount of time just to get drinks. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to guests. As for the food, it was decent overall, with the Hibachi standing out as the best meal we had during our stay. The coffee bar was a highlight, thanks to the sweet and attentive staff there, and our couples’ massage at the spa was absolutely worth it—an amazing experience. Special mention goes to Roberto at the pool bar, who was one of the few standout staff members. He was incredibly friendly and a fantastic bartender. However, we were disappointed with the “Expand” staff, who lured us into a two-hour meeting under the guise of giving us a spa coupon, only to waste our time with what felt like a timeshare pitch. It wasn’t worth it, and I would advise others to steer clear of this. All in all, while there were some bright spots, the inconsistent service and poor hospitality would make us reconsider returning. The resort is new...and quite modern. Staff work hard at ensuring the facility has an immaculate presentation. Pools and beach are beautiful. One issue is there was no irons, instead the rooms have steamers, which wasn't good enough. Food needs to b tasted before serving. Some foods were too salty.
