The property and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are dated. Some rooms had a funny mildew smell. Buffets are good . Breakfast buffet is the best!! jerk chicken at the beach is amazing.. sand fleas at the beach. Checkin and check out was quick. Steak house was good. No outlets in rooms. Sometimes a/c didnt work . Swveral of us got sick duriing the. Trip . (19 of us). Night shows were good.

Conditions of electrical and drainage problems multiplied by the day. Alot of problems with access to the rooms key card not working properly. Had too walk back to reception 7 times in six days too replace keycard.Employees in dining area we're absolutely great. happy in that area.

A lot of mosquitos at the resort, room service needs improvement, had to speak to manager on site to get issues fixed, dining options limited, didn't have food on the menu they advertised. Buffet dining option was the best of all the restaurants on site. Limited blue towels at the resort. Had to wait for 1hr and more to get a towel.

Staff were amazing a part of the stay. They made me feel safe and welcomed. The room of my condition was horrible. They need to renovate all of the rooms. My first room has mold and a smell. Words doesn't describe the condition. My second room was a little better but still needed to be cleaned.
