I read alot of the reviews before booking! Alll that I can say is that I didn't experience any of the things left in the reviews! The staff was excellent over all, the room was a little damp but thats most resorts in many different counties with high humidity are and sometimes it smells molded I've visited different RUI and the only thing I would suggest is this resort needs better night shows, and a better food selections.

The staff was very helpful there and customer service is good. I’m very disappointed with the entertainment as an adult Hotel and as you open your doors there’s so much mosquitoes there. I had to spend so much time killing mosquitoes. The Italian restaurant food was a disaster after I had to wait in a long line to get a seat. The best food there was the jerk shop , where I get jerk chicken. I went to Riu palace where kids was and it was very excellent comparing to this hotel. It’s seems a bit run down in the room I got

If you love the party like me this is the best option. Riu Party is a Plus. the staff are amaizing and the people around ready to make new friends and party with them. Many cute and beautiful people. I rate 4/5 beacuse our card to open de room was damage many times and needed to take another one and we were on third flour an a little distance of the Front Desk. But sometimes the staff near by around help us to opened. Water got off one day and it smell weird.

If you’re looking to party and not be bored go here. Room and service was great. The public bathrooms and overall upkeep of the resort is questionable. Definitely would not consider this luxury, but for a good time you cannot go wrong with a riu! 😊

Keycards terrible, worn out, lack beautiful design. Armband simple, it should be fancy design with palmtrees. Waterslides have no see through sections. Everything else fantastic. Food magnificient.

Don’t waste your money on this hotel. Horrible food, disgusting rooms. The hotel is run down and it’s not worth it. Save a little more and book yourself something nicer. Currently having Wendy’s and I’m in heaven. To put things in perspective, the food they serve at the jail is what they’re feeding you at RIU.
