i give the resort a 3 stars out of 5 because for one, i repeatedly kept asking for a small wash rag every day just for me to never receive it. for two, some days when we would take showers the water was cold. for three, multiple outlets didn’t work cause me and the other person i was with to take turns charging our phones. lastly, the room wasn’t as clean as we would like it have been when we first arrived and the bathroom had a oder to it. but for the most part, the workers there at the bar and restaurant were very nice.

This is honestly one of the worse resorts I have ever stayed in and I travel quite frequently. The food is terrible and not a lot of options. The staff is also very unfriendly and unattentive. After changing rooms four times we finally got a room with air conditioning. Had to beg them to fill up mini bar. Save yourself some time and energy and book elsewhere even if it means you have to pay a little extra.

The sanitation department at this property should be fired. They clearly cannot properly clean ANYTHING , from hand towels to bath towels to sheets! everything was dirty , visibly dirty smells old & physically damaged . the resort was nice overall but sanitation plays a HUGE part in your vacation . The room smelled like cigarettes & mildew . Disappointed in the EVS staffing

I was very disappointed with my recent stay due to the condition of the room. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned — it was noticeably dirty and did not meet basic hygiene standards. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning for over 6 hours, which made the room extremely uncomfortable, especially in the heat. This experience fell far below expectations, and I hope steps are taken to improve the cleanliness and ensure that essential amenities like air conditioning are consistently available for guests.

I did not like anything about my stay. The room was nasty, bugs in room.. the bed linen was dirty.. spot on the towels (after washed). Ac in room didn’t work for a few days (off and on). Hot water didn’t work a few Days (when it did work took over 30 mins to warm up) I would submit maintenance and housekeeping request on app and they resolve them without actually coming to the room and handling the problem. The food was terrible (bugs flying around the food) .. sanitation and cleanliness was very poor. Checking into the room I wasn’t giving a tour. No one informed me about all that the hotel has to offer. No one show me anything. They just rushed to give me my key and told me to take the elevator on this side upstairs they were so in a rush to get me out the way and handle the line of check-in they never Gave me a rundown on anything, not the time breakfast start or when lunch start, where the pools were located, where to find the dining areas. NOTHING! …. And to top it off The day that I checked out, I encountered a problem with my driver picking me back up. The security would not let them pass the gate for whatever reason, they only wanted to push using the taxi that’s at the hotel. Where in the beginning the same driver dropped me off And we got past the gate. This was a terrible experience, not having any hot water made me miss my birthday dinner and some pre-paid excursion because I was late waiting on water to warm. It was a big inconvenience. A waste of money

The property was not up to my standards; mattress disgusting not face towels and no amenities; spa, party clubs and the cocktails poor selections, hated it and checked out a day earlier
