This resort could be nice with many options to keep one occupied but it is really outdated. The pool was nice and warm with plenty of room to enjoy but difficult to get a drink. The room was outdated and not very clean. We paid extra for Privilege which included Butler Service. Had issues contacting our Butler and when we did, he ignored my requests. He finally did reach out as we were checking out after one week. For what we paid I expected a little nicer place. Broken items in the room, refrigerator did not get cold, shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it. The staff moves at a snail's pace. I will be spending my money elsewhere next time.

Honestly, for the hype of the property, I didn’t see the money’s worth. Personally, the portions at the restaurants where they would serve you for dinner were very small portions. It was difficult to make reservations, even though you had to book it yourself. You technically had to pay the staff to do the reservations for you. Limited beach chairs, limited room service. They try to get you to purchase a timeshare at their facility. Not sure I would come back again.

It was nice overall but the dining options are limited, the best one is the steakhouse, the buffet food is just okay, entertainment is okay too but the sales talk when they are selling their membership is intense, it took about three hours because they even ate lunch w us and we kept going back and forth because we did not want it.

This resort layout is great! Property was kept up very well and the staff was amazing. The restaurants we a little bit of a let down. Food was ok at most restaurants, the buffet was pretty good and I’m not a Buffett person.

The hotel facilities are very nice. Multiple bars, pools are awesome and right on the beach. Food was okay at the reserved restaurants but their availability system needs to be improved. They always had 30-40 minutes wait even though they always had empty tables. It was impossible to book a reservation at the steakhouse due to it was always full, even 2 minutes after they opened their reservation time frame on the app, soo frustrating! Buffet was good. Entertaining shows and live music was great. Overall, It is a great hotel, but their food reservation system needs to be improved.

Good Overall. Plenty of dining options and pools are amazing. Activities lack during the daytime. Rooms are positioned in areas where nightime activities cause very little disturbance. Sales people were extremely pushy trying to sell their version of the timeshare. Overall a very good vibe and nice place for a getaway. Wish it had a lazy river.

I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Blue and Sand. The staff was so friendly from the moment I set foot on the resort. There were welcome cocktails and bag check while you waited for check in. There was so much to do. I loved that it was all inclusive. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay here again!

The photos on Expedia seemed better. I think that they should portray a more realistic depiction of the hotel so that people are not disappointed when they arrive. After a couple of days the hotel grew on me. The people are so wonderful that it is hard not to be happy. However, the beach can be a big disappointment. There are absolutely no shells or coral, and there is SO much seaweed it’s unreal. I swam anyway, but for people who prefer a cleaner beach this is not the one to choose. I loved the cabanas and bar near the beach. La Marina is the restaurant near the beach which has amazing lunch. The dinner is okay to me. The buffet in the resort could be so much better I avoided it. Mikes cafe is not mentioned anywhere on any of the material they provide but it’s such a nice place for coffee and sweets. The hotel allows local workers to constantly bother people and try to sell them things. If this bothers you then do not book here. You will be solicited to constantly even when rested on the beach.
