Most of the staff at this resort are not friendly. They act extremely annoyed and roll their eyes when you ask them for something. It’s a lot of walking back and forth in the morning I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to come get my bags and had to pull them myself very far early in the morning. I caught two women working at the buffet making faces and speaking poorly about a guest. Some of the staff are friendly tho, but the majority act like you’re a nuisance and they’re doing you a favour by doing their job.

Everything included with an amazing staff, doesn’t get much better than that. The biggest complaint was the lack of accessibility to the rest of the country. The gift shop charges 7 dollars for a lighter and 50 dollars for suntan lotion.

Second time staying at this resort rooms are very nice, good dining options, buffet is just that for all inclusive food was warm at best, the a la cart are nice most don’t need reservations which is nice the ones that do are tough to book. Pools are huge and great and the beach was awesome, some seaweed but they do their best to clean it every day. I enjoy my stay at this property

This was one of the best all inclusive resorts my family has stayed at. It was clean, the food was delicious, and staff was super friendly! We enjoyed the massive pool most of our vacation with our two little ones, and they loved it! Poolside bar was also excellent!

The beach was great! However waking up at 5:30 to reserve a hut for shade was terrible. But if you didn't you had no shade. The reservation system for the two restaurants was frustrating. I had to go to the front desk in order to reserve. Wait times for other restaurants were long. Entertainment was lacking! Some of it was age inappropriate, young kids should not be exposed to some of the music played at the pool. Pool requires maintenance. Many tiles missing and did not make it appealing!

El hotel es excelente. El servicio de Ismael Medina fue de altura y excelencia. Nos acompañó en el proceso desde el principio hasta el fin. Altamente recomendado, sin van a Ocean Blue soliciten que Ismael le atienda. Un solo comentario, la piscina cierra a las 7:00 de la noche. En mi opinión, sería bueno tenerla disponible hasta las 9:00 o 11:00 de la noche para aquellas personas que disfruten utilizarla en la noche.

We booked as privileged and Enjoyed those perks. Ismael Medina our butler was so helpful in every way, including finding my husbands wallet and returning it. All the staff were very very pleasant and accommodating. As I mentioned in my other review, we did NOT like or appreciate the third party travel club bothering us so if you’re not interested don’t fall for the breakfast pickup and offer of free massage. We shut it all down once we realized it was a sales pitch about to waste our time. We did have to show our frustration a bit with that group. One thing I failed to mention. When it rains, the floors are a hazard. My mom fell and we had to push her around in a wheelchair the rest of the trip. Overall, it is a beautiful and clean resort with amazing staff. Oh and be cautious with the parrot folks on the beach. They take loads of photos in a blink of an eye and then demand money. Work out that price beforehand or give a firm no if not interested.

We booked the “privilege” option and enjoyed those perks. Our “butler” Ismael Medina was great! Provided us all the guidance and assistance needed. He even found and returned my husband’s wallet. Overall staff at this resort is beyond nice, helpful, and very very accommodating. Resort is very clean. The only thing that caught us off guard so I caution you, there is a travel club onsite and our experience was this: We were picked up for breakfast the second morning there. Unbeknownst to us, it ended up being this sales pitch from the third party travel club. If you are not interested, I warn you to not fill out the from and be taken down the path. They offer a free massage and we thought it was just part of our privilege package. Once we caught on to what was happening, we shut it down and we were VERY annoyed with that group for wasting some of our time on vacation. Lesson learned. Not sure why the resort allows them to do that but now we know how to avoid that in the future and what to look for. Aside from that experience, our stay was great.
