La peor comida q eh visto en toda mi vida no había nada todo viejo y ni siquiera podías comerlo con un tenedor era con la mano como si fuéramos Animales . Solo algunas personas nos trataron excelentemente bien sin tener q dar propina por una sonrisa y esa persona se llama Ramon en la barra más q un empleado se comportó como familia
Mismo comida vieja todos los días. El agua escondida y caliente de botella horrible no hubo carne solo barriga de cerdo y chuleta de cerdo ahumada en trozos no tenían un solo jugo natural todo de polvo nada fresco . Nunca más

Hotel es hermoso con un concepto abierto. Muchas actividades para niños y familia. El parque de agua es super para los niños. Las areas de la piscina y playa comodas son grandes y relajantes. La comida esta bien en unos restaurantes mejor que en otros. La atencion generalmente bien algunos empleados solo huscan el $ y vender upgrade cuando llegas para level y VIP y las reservaciones para los restaurantes de cena lo ponen bien dificil. Aun con level no podiamos resevar y nuestro mayordomo no ayudo. Jose de recepcion tiene grandes modales y nos ayudo en todo y gracias a el pudimos diafrutar la estadia. El primer dia fue mala experiencia por esas cosas pero ya despues resolvimos gracias a el. No me gusta que en la playa no se puede descansar porque te venden algo cada un segundo y son bien insistentes. Los precios de todas las actividades es bien caro y el spa tambien. Muy elevados. Room service super bueno y el hotel es bello. La playa tiene algas.

We stayed at this hotel with our children. Great hotel! Clean, large rooms, cleaned all day long. The beach is large, there were always places. The animation is top notch, the children's water park is large. Great restaurants, the food was amazing! We stayed at Level, fast check-in, especially many thanks to our wonderful Jasus! I made reservations for restaurants, he was always in touch, ready to come at any moment, in general, all the staff was polite and friendly! We will definitely come back!

The phone in the room was not working, so we couldn’t contact reception, which made it very difficult—especially since the air conditioner was also not working. We asked to switch rooms several times, but instead, they sent a technician around midnight. We ended up with people working inside the room with a ladder while the temperature was around 30°C.

Doy un dos porque no me permite dar menos que eso. 1- El check in el proceso duró dos horas, el proceso debería de ser más rápido y menos estresante. 2- Solo coincidí con dos empleados que eran muy serviciales, del resto , todos están como si no quisiera trabajar , desde el servicio del restaurante, hasta el security. 3- Se me presentó inconveniente en la habitación y le pide ayuda para que me ayudara a comunicarme al front desk y no le dio la gana de asistir porque era mucho para el … todos los empleados trabajan muy mal … Mucha desorganización, hicieron que mi experiencia fuera la peor. No recomiendo este hotel para nada.

The property is beautiful, buffets better than restaurants,(I’m Puerto Rican) staff are awesome. The only thing that I didn’t like which was a big issue for me, they let you wait to check-in time. I been to others and that never happened. So come prepared to enjoy the pool or beach.
