I cannot put into words how amazing our time at the Majestic Mirage was. They treated us like we were the only guest at the resort. Our butler Leonel Richie was outstanding and arranged every little detail we requested of him. Talking to other guest of the resort we learned that most of them were returning guest of more than 10 years. After seeing how the staff treated us we can see why you have guest that return for more than a decade. We celebrated our anniversary with you and you made it so very special. Thank you for everything you do. We are planning our next trip with you in the next couple months. We will be requesting that our butler Leonel be our contact on our next visit. Thank you so much

Great vacation! Our butler Jean Claude was wonderful . We initially had problems communicating with him, but found out that the texting app was not always working. No problems after that. Food was very good to great, and the beach was wonderful. We stayed in an ocean view suite with a jacuzzi. Drinks were awesome- Tehani was the best bartender at the Martini bar - we went there multiple times each night. The only major problem we had was with the Oasis silver package we booked for $300. The private cabana experience was great, but they served us the same food for lunch and dinner (now it was surf and turf which was great, but who wants to eat the same meal for lunch and dinner?) And then we were supposed to get two bottles of wine which ended up being a cluster f—k. We got what we paid for but only after instructing the staff about it. The manager heard our concerns the next day but offered no compensation. A bit disappointing. But a great vacation overall and I would return there.

The staff is always smiling, making sure all your “needs” are being met and then wanting to do more… the resort is very walkable to get from the lobby and shops to the beach… we have been to a few other resorts… this was our 3rd time at the Mirage… no comparison!! This is our place!!

We have been to the Majestic ELEGANCE several times and the MIRAGE once. What I love in both are the pools and beach properties. The food is average for an all inclusive. The rooms in the Mirage are newer and a little nicer.

The property and the beach are beautiful, easy to navigate and the food was excellent. A more personal experience than other all inclusives in Punta Cana. Unfortunately, we requested a room with 2 double/queen beds and they put us in a room with a king and offered a rollaway twin bed or switch rooms midweek. Who wants to switch rooms?!? And a twin bed!!! No other compensation or remedy. Not pleased.

Beautiful property, amazing food and drinks, and great staff. Never had to look hard for beach chairs or drinks. Never felt crowded at all anywhere actually. One of our excursions was excellent as well (Private catamaran is worth every penny). Would absolutely recommend this resort!
