We had an amazing experience here at majestic mirage. Our butler Ed was great; he messaged us daily to make sure we were good and sent us info on the daily events occurring in the resort. He would also acknowledge us when he would see us out and about, which was very nice. Also the bartenders in the lobby bar were so friendly: indra, Johanna, and the young man that worked alongside with Indra felt like family. We would sit there for hours drinking and talking to them. Can’t wait to come back!

If im being completely honest and transparent. I didn’t like anything about this property outside of the steakhouse and the handful of workers that actually treated us with open and welcoming arms. We were placed in what they called an "upgraded room" but instead it looked deserted and felt dark and depressing. Throughout the 2 days staying in that room we experienced absolute horrible customer service. They treated us as if we were a burden to them and all we wanted was basic customer service. We waited 2 hrs for food in the sports bar. There were times my room service never even came. Asking for help or a question was almost like talking to a brick wall. Rarely ever got food that was hot or even warm. It was like pulling teeth to get washcloths. We stayed in 2 different rooms and neither room had washcloths and then when we asked for them. The cleaning lady with the short blonde hair was very rude in getting them to us. Just about all of the staff was rude, no one seemed to like their joy they all seemed like we were a burdern. There were other guest telling us how their butler sends them a activity schedule of what's going on for the day and restaurant times everyday. Leonel never did any of that. He sent us a schedule 1 time and we were there 7 nights. If we didnt reach out to him he didnt reach out to us. Our fridge was not filled not once while we were there. Your workers also came into our room while we were in there sleeping while the do not disturb sign was on ther

A fantastic resort and location, overall great
A fantastic resort and location and overall a great experience. A few items which did not detract from the overall experience but could be improved; 1. Our personal butler was not the most attentive and made several errors during our stay, like forgetting to book a dinner reservation that we asked for 3 times and not delivering on a few other service promises. However, each time the error was corrected by another staff member when they became aware of it. So despite some frustration, no damage done. 2. The rooms all seemed to have trouble with the high humidity, i.e. moldy smell and difficulties with condensation. We were given an in-room de-humidifier which helped somewhat but this is probably a bigger issue to be solved.

We had a wonderful experience at Majestic Mirage! We spent a week here in one of the mirage club suites. The room was spacious and clean. We opted for the room with a rooftop jacuzzi which was very nice and you could adjust hot or cold temperatures. We can not thank our butler “Leonel Richie” enough. He was on top of everything whether it was making dinner reservations or giving us tips on what drinks to order! The Steakhouse and French restaurant were our favorite of the stay but all of the food was very good with awesome service. The beach was kept clean and had a ton of places to sit and layout without feeling crammed. The pool swim up bar was great and our man Juan always hooked us up. The Mirage Club lounge was a nice touch and always had snacks and towels right off the beach for us. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back!

A beautiful resort located in a marvelous beach, facilities are very close and accessible to the guests since the Hotel it’s not that big , staff is wonderful and services are touch notch, very hard working people that will always respond to you with a smile. Everything about the property was very nice and well kept. The only thing I didn’t like was how pushy the people were with trying to sell us stuff every day and relentlessly, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. However, my butler wasn’t the best.

My husband and I had the best time, ppl were all friendly including all staff. Plenty of food options, we loved the buffet the best but did have a great steak dinner at the steak house. The entertainment was upbeat and we also loved the ability to walk to the other hotels and enjoy their entertainment too. Only thing I would not recommend is doing the island Saona tour through GO majestic it was a wasted day. 12 hours total, 9 hours in some form of transportation to only be on the island for 2 hours. Otherwise our experience at the resort was the best of the best and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun time whether as a couple or family!

Food quality was not up to standard staff should be better trained. The out look of the property is excellent but the quality is not there. The bars around the property do not have quality liquor as advertised in your advertisement.
