Things we liked: pool, beach, bar, food Things we didn’t like: our room was an absolute lemon. Hydro flickered. AC wouldn’t kick off and the worst was no water pressure. Couldn’t shower. Thankfully traveled with other people so we could use theirs. Called no less that 15 times for someone to come and fix it. Maintenance would come and fiddle with a few taps and then leave saying they would come back and never returned. Guest services was absolutely useless. Extremely disappointing.

During our stay, we encountered a significant issue with our room. Water was leaking from beneath the shower frame, resulting in the restroom and bedroom floors being soaked. We had to insist on changing rooms, which took considerable effort. When we were finally moved, the new room provided only had one king bed and no sofa bed, as initially requested. We had to call the front desk 5-6 times and waited several hours to receive an additional bed. The service we experienced was extremely slow and disappointing.

I just left on the 24th, my birthday was the 23. At the pool bar All my cash and drivers license came up missing. Security claimed they were going to review the cameras but nobody have reached out nor said anything! Please just be safe and watch your belongings. Other than that I had a decent time. God bless whoever took my money and ID.
