Loved this resort. The staff were amazing! Shout out to Rolando, Wellington, Mayerlon, Jarol and the animation team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spotless..the cleaning staff were excellent. Spa, and gym were walkable..5 mind from room. Easy walk to La Romana Grand..great entertainment there as well (family resort side). The night entertainment was great! Beautiful dance team. Great point ls and food had a great variety. The entire staff on the resort were exceptional. Everything was very walkable and the resort was right on the beach. The one downfall was the room. It was very musty needs an update. The cleaning staff make of for it big time but they can only do so much. I was offered another room a few times, that was very much appreciated. They go above & beyond. The majority of ppl on the reset are middle aged and over. If you want a younger vibe, walk over to La Romana Grand. There are younger ppl there (even though it’s a family area). Had a blast and would return, especially as the staff were amazing!!

We loved our stay at this resort. It was beautiful and the staff was fantastic. It was a little bigger than we anticipated but the property is large enough that it never felt cramped. There was always a place to sit and enjoy. Our only real complaint is the bed. It was very uncomfortable, but this was a minor issue.

The resort was beautiful, and very clean. service everywhere was exceptional. Staff was professional and friendly. Entertainment staff worked hard day and night. They did a great job. Good at the buffet and Don Pablo and Los Corales were very good. Pools were clean and beautiful. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Beach was beautiful but water not that clear blue but nice to float and swim. Beautiful sunsets. We will go back.

The property was beautiful and the staff were very attentive. The Asian and gourmet restaurants were excellent but the rest of the restaurants were average. The rooms were clean but the beds were hard and there were very few outlets. My wife’s birthday was during the the trip and made it very special even though we hadn’t mentioned it to anyone. We would definitely go again if we go back to that area.

The landscaping on this property was immaculate. When we first arrived my boyfriend and I felt very welcomed and happy. On our last day while checking out I felt the staff did not treat us with the same welcoming hospitality as we arrived. No one asked how our stay was and if we needed help with anything. We had a lot of difficulty ordering an Uber to pick us up to take us back to the airport.
