This hotel is definitely located in a wonderful location for tourists. The beach is 2 minutes walk, and it is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever saw. Plenty of excursions to do on the beach. I highly recommend that you use cash if you do decide to do an excursion, and also negotiate because they definitely up charge. As a solo female traveler, I must say that the hotel is very safe. There is security that guard the gates at night. I also fell asleep a few nights with the keys left in the door and no one bothered me. The staff were SUPER friendly. Omg they are very kind and beautiful. Highly appreciate their hospitality. The reason why I booked this hotel is because upon reading the reviews, it stated that the hotel staff were all females and were super nice. As a solo traveler my safety comes first, so when I read that the hotel staff was all females and friendly, i immediately booked. Remember I said this is a hotel and not a resort, therefore there is a few amenities that are missing… the room doesn’t have a tv which is find with me because I was outside the whole time. It also doesn’t have a fridge, which is fine with me because there are so many restaurants and authentic Dominican food for only $10 so why keep left overs. And the do not have a full body mirror, which was kind of a blow but they do have a mirror in the bathroom. If you want to experience Dominican without being trap in a resort, or a baddie on a budget, book this hotel… It’s dope FR!

Do not go here. I am a BIG testifier of how horrible this place is. They have no proper office and a very poor administrative structure. After carrying our big suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd floor we found out that our bed was not made fully; even pillows were missing their cases. Rooms are tight, as well as the bathroom. Our stay at this hotel was only 45 minutes and this is because we needed somewhere to sit whilst looking for a better hotel. To make matters worse, they refused to refund us back our money. I repeat DO NOT go here.

Good Roon but don’t have refrigerator and tv only Roon , no pool nothing else Location good 200 meters to the beach Good breakfast but again need a refrigerator, there is few market really close and if you stay few days we need the refrigerator,…but if you are not doing lots of tours and activities better stay in one all inclusive because otherwise

Nice modern and clean rooms. Great location. Friendly staff. A few things need to be maintained e.g. hangers falling off the wall, the stairs are not even which was a trip and falling hazard. Overall I had a great stay!

As funcionárias valem por toda estadia! São prestativas, simpáticas e preocupadas com teu bem estar! Fiquei num total de 13 diárias e confesso que me sentia em casa! Em relação ao barulho , a noite das 20:00 as 23:00 tem um show no Resort ao lado, mas nada que incomode. Café da manhã continental. Limpeza 👍 e localizado na quadra da praia com acesso no final da rua .. a única observação é que como se trata de uma cidade muito quente, deveria ter frigobar nos quartos.

Yes it’s a new establishment and everything is fresh, but breakfast is a joke,all what you can it’s refresh your mouth w/small amounts of fruits,you’ll be wait a long time to get a cup of coffee and more longer a milk to add to coffee,personal absolutely doesn’t speak in English even single word(accept one girl who show up one day during my staying) also was disappointed of missing closet,you have to arrange your clothes on the small shelves((
