The Hard Rock Punta Cana is a Beautiful Resort … the Hotel Staff are extremely friendly and make sure that your stay at the property is perfect and the food options are fantastic especially Breakfast at La Isla and the Food Truck by the Beach.

This is the 2nd time i came to This property. First time was marvelous but this time it was terrible. The hotel is big and the wait time for transportation is too much. I was offered an upgrade and my upgrade ended up being a construction view because they were renovating the pool, k and listening to drilling all day. At the end i was given a refund but regardless i dont go on vacations to have these type of experiences. The staff is wonderful and the hotel beautiful, they need more staff and better transportation

3rd and final stay here, this stay was nowhere near the same standard as the first 2. Service was poor in relation to what you pay. Food was mediocre at best and the minibar and amenities were not restocked daily. Had to call for housekeeping service in the room. Employees didn't look happy at all. Only good thing was the kids club, that was 5*.

Not what we expected.
The hotel was below average to average. The facilities were a bit dated. Hard to navigate such a big property. My wife was locked in a bathroom stall for 20 mins before someone came to let her out. The one night show we went to “Elvis” was a snooze. The pillows were horrible and AC smelled moldy. The food was average in the buffet restaurants but Ciao was the best for dinner. Will not visit here again and cannot recommend it for the price. It did not help that it rained half the time we were there.

The vacation was really nice but it’s just that they’re pushing their timeshare a little to hard and they kept up for half a day because of this

The property was okay, pools were nice. Rooms didn’t keep temperature settings well, some staff weren’t necessarily rude, but not kind either. Limited things to do on resort, especially in the evenings. Casino left a lot to be desired.
