Perfect location, near to almost all the best beaches in Punta Cana, altough the hot water smells very bad. Everything else was amazing. They clean the room every day and they gave us new cleaned sheets.

Dairy, tap water smelled like toilet, water pressure going up and down while showering shower drain not draining dainty sink .tv was not working, smell of paint every where and in the rooms, breakfast was just omelet and cheap coffee, or tea, rud person who checked us older white guy, ,all together avoid this place,

DOMINGO

The hot water stinks very very bad , no iron , no hangers , no safe in room flimsy door lock , very noisy from the very dirty and busy street that was flooded with dirty water, right across the street you have 200 construction guys looking strait into your room so we had to keep the curtains on all the time , you will need mud boots to walk to the beach from the hotel , they post pictures of the beach but to get there you’ll have to go through a flooded street . I don’t feel that I got my money’s worth , this is a very cheaply kept hotel , I feels more like a dirty motel in a shady neighborhood.?

The place is OK. My bathroom was leaking the white pillows and sheets. Add stains on them. Mine smells, but it’s very convenient close to everything and cheap if you are on a budget, I recommend.

Staffs were nice and friendly but limited staff can communicate properly in English. No AC in the corridors and some rooms. For those who cannot bear 30°C and above (high humidity), it may be an issue.
