Couple people here made the stay great! David at the front desk very friendly. My biggest shout out goes to Leandro De La Cruz. He turned the trip into a 6 star resort. I would honestly come back just knowing he still works here.

My rooms in building 38 were great! Excellent shower, comfy bed, great A/C! My cleaning lady named ANA was awesome! The food was great on all buffets and restaurants around the property. There is always something open to get food. Building 38 was near the pools, the beach and the lobby. Great location! We want to come back for sure. We also loved the water park, the live band by the pools and the beach activities!

This place is a mess! Wires everywhere, the TVs and phones are busted. You have to bug them five times to get anything done – our phone was out for three days, and I called twice a day to get it fixed, nothing! When it *did* work, they'd call constantly to check in. I told them I have a kid sleeping, and to only call if needed, but they wouldn't stop. I ended up unplugging it and plugging it back in when I needed it. It's super humid, too. They *finally* gave me a dehumidifier, but forgot to mention the rooms have motion sensors, so it shuts off if no one's there – useless! The AC barely works. On the plus side, there's tons of food options, and lots of fun stuff for kids – mini-Olympics, crazy ball, dance classes, cooking classes… pretty cool.

What an amazing resort! We were so impressed with the activities everywhere - at the pool, beach, lobby, theatre, etc. There was so much to do for everyone whether you are a couple, a family single, etc! The attentiveness by the front staff was incredible. Andry helped us out so much as our flight was cancelled due to a storm back home and got us into a new room. We would highly recommend this resort, such a fun vibe and the staff is so friendly.

Waiters and bartenders did not understand a word in English,simple words like Ice,straw,glass etc.No salt and pepper on the tables in any restaurant or buffet.The central main bar where is the check in counter,the staff is really slow,somedays even they was just a one person at the counter which explains why but even when they were multiple people they were not paying any attention to the tourist trying to order drinks,they were not curteous,not smiling.They need a really good training on customer service.Language barrier i understand but they need at at least basic words to know.Chairs had dirty spots on them and stains i guess years ago.Beach area, the sunbed chairs were really challenging to lay in them very uncomfortable .Also they were really trying to push very hard in arrogant way customers to buy a membership plan to become a member of their resorts around the world for 20 000 usd.I have lost 3hrs of my time and my wifes time listenning to their stories, how good deal is to become a member.And their managers there were two who tried so desperately to get a commission, told me,i see “You can not afford this”which made me feel so bad and uncomfortable like a second class people.Who offers like “ how much you can give us today,can you do 5k”?I told them i dont want to be a member period. it looked alike some kind of a pyramid scam seriously!Those managers with the suits were in their Vip section by the beach.We were told there was some kind of a lottery from our Concierg

Great hotel for families! Traveled with my husband, our 2 toddlers (3 yo and 15 month old), alongside with the grandparents and they all had a great time. The water park offers another area to explore which we appreciated. Many activities for the kids during the day and at night. We added a crib to our room and it was great! Staff is very nice and super helpful. We had the family suite which was very convenient for our family, the barn doors don’t close completely but that didn’t bother us. The room and some areas might need some minor update ( like paint) but overall it was very clean. Food was good as well. We reserved dinner for the different restaurants and were very please with them except for the Mediterranean one as the food took a long time and it was dry. But overall would recommend this hotel specially if you are traveling with kids.
