Cleanliness could be better in the buffets, lobby lounge areas and restaurants. Floors needed care, chairs had crumbs. Had a slight issue at a restaurant with staff but we managed up to the supervisor and he was very accommodating. Thankful for management for reaching out and checking in on our stay.

Property is beautiful and staff keep it well maintained. The room is really outdated and doesn’t compare to the pictures, we had family suite and it was very close quarters including bathroom. The beds are old and not super comfortable, the language barrier was more complicated here in DR than other countries we have visited, so to ask for some things was a challenge. Overall I thought it was beautiful, we would return with a different room, the food was unique and plentiful-although they did not always have cutlery for food. Beach is beautiful and that was the whole point. Staff super nice but overly asking if room was ok. Our fridge didn’t work first whole day, they sent a fruit basket and letter of apology.

5 rooms for our family. 2 rooms had leaking ceilings during our trip. The staff switched our rooms quickly and were very polite and helpful about it. Water park stairs could use some work. We loved the walk in beach like entrance into the pool. Our 3 year old spent most of his time in the shallow area. Staff were overall very friendly and helpful. Stephy was amazing for our group!!

Very family friendly!! Big resort but lots of restaurants and bars so no long lineups. The water park was lots of fun for the kids. Only thing that's missing is a pickleball court 😀and maybe another ping pong table!! We had a great time and are already planning a return trip!

Stuff at the were slow. Service at the buffet was slow. Silverware and glasses were missing. Had to wait a bit long for service. Rooms were not cleaned throughout. We went out to restaurants 2 times and ended up canceling three dinner reservations because after the two times we were not happy with the service, it was just slow. Some staff was nice, polite and helpful, others look like it was a punishment for them to work.I would give the resort 4 stars.

Housekeeping didn’t come often enough, we ran out of toilet paper and water more than once. Sofa bed was in terrible condition, we could not sleep on it. Beds had no fitted sheets and no duvet covers. Front desk ripped us off upon arrival charging extra in cash for a room upgrade to the room we were already booked into. They had us attend a presentation that was supposed to take 90 minutes but took almost 3 hours as they tried to sell us on spending $37,000 for discounts on hotels (but wouldn’t tell us the cost until the very end). We met a couple from Ottawa who had paid $35,000 for the same thing in 2010 and had huge regrets saying that none of the promises made were kept. We love Punta Cana, great people, great weather, clean pools, nice section of the ocean but we will not be back to this resort.
