Beautiful hotel and quarters all around. The hotel is at most 3-4-stars given the quality of the service they provide. Management really needs to work on training their staff. Food and service is a problem. They have adequate amount of staff, but the staff is poorly trained and cant properly attend to the guests Restaurants take a long time to get the food. Also to get into the restaurants that are half empty, they make you wait on the "list" for 30-45 minutes for no apparent reason. Once you get your waiter, they dont come back to check in to see if you need anything else, theres almost never a follow up We celebrated 2 special occasions there...that being said we were eligible for a room upgrade, neither of the events were addressed at the hotel. The staff is pleasant and smiles, will yes you to death, but hardly anything gets done to make you feel welcome or special Shows are mediocre at best Kids club suppose to be open until 10, but closes at 9 daily. The sign also states 10 They really need to fine tune their service, especially at the smoothie bar; that bartender there is hardly busy, but he sure took his time to facetime instead of helping us out, especially when there was No ONE THERE!!! His unwelcoming demeanor made you reluctant to ask for anyting... Room service was good and prompt Not once did concierge have our rooms decorated for our two events, given our "VIP" perks, i dont think any of that was noted or taken into consideration

Lelana, Esteban, fernando, Wendy and Kelvin were so nice and really helped in making my stay pleasant. The hotel is clean for the most part, the only issue I had was with the sink and the AC. The water took forever to go down and the every time I left out of my room it’ll be freezing cold but before I left I’ll be off so it’s something with the system. Nevertheless those are minor things compared to the hospitality that was received. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely go back.

This property is very well designed. It has a very modern sleek style. Everything looks new. The family side and the adults only hotel are completely separate. Adults only restaurants are quiet and the service is attentive and efficient. Would not recommend the family side restaurants. They are choatic and slow. Excellence club room 6153 is amazing. It is large with a sitting area, balcony facing the ocean, jacuzzi, 2 TV s, premium liquor, mini bar with drinks and snacks. Many restaurant options available inclusing food trucks. No reservations needed. The food does seem repetitive. Abundant lounging chairs available at the pool and beach. No need to get up early to save a chair, except if you want an Excellence Club front row bed. Those are taken up by the beach concierges at around 7AM for guests that give them a hefty $20 tip. I woke up for sunrise and was able to get a front row bed tip free. Did notice the concierges were upset over this. On one occasion, while I was at breakfast, the beach concierge moved my belongings and towels to the bed next to the one i had been sitting at. Acted like I didn’t notice and enjoyed the rest of my day. At around 2 PM, the concierge escorts a couple to the beach bed I originally had, and receives a $20 tip from the couple. There is drink and food service at the beach which is very convenient. Make sure to order a coconut. Entertainment is ok. Needs improvement. Coffee shop is a nice perk but the service is unfriendly. The gym is amazing

This is an amazing new hotel with great customer service. If they have a large selection in the buffet and a lot of different restaurant's, sports lounge and food trucks that you can eat from. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Absolute wonderful stay here with my two children. I travel alone with them so safety is my top concern especially traveling internationally. I felt very secure and comfortable the entire visit. What a wonderful staff as well! Friendly and polite the trip was amazing and my kids loved seeing the beautiful Dominican Republic. Thank you again
