Positives - Restaurants are superb with a wide range food choice and great quality (we tried Brass, Dommo, surf & turf, gusto, shoji, Lizo and Juke’s) - facilities at the hotel are very good - Room is very spacious and laid out well, plenty of storage - Drinks were delicious and strong, the bar staff were very good - Some staff very good and attentive - The excellence club Pool was great - We enjoyed the beach and beach staff were very good - Spa and treatments were very good - Tennis pro was the best member of staff we encountered, we made good use of all the palapas available and especially loved archery Negatives - staff persistently phoning our room multiple times a day - Communication from some staff is poor, particularly listening skills - Room not cleaned until 4/5pm each day and was missed 3 days of 7 - Room service took 1hr 20min when we were told it would be 45min - Some staff inappropriate - photocopies of passports on show at the check in desk breaching peoples information and confidentiality every day - issues raised with the hotel were attempted to be resolved but weren’t resolved easily

First time visit to the Finest Punta Cana and it exceeded expectations. Service was great, attention to detail with its design and architecture, great food options, plenty to do with kids, easy App with everything on the resort like times, dress codes, and more. This was a great experience and we will certainly be back for more. Definitely recommend the Club rooms. Staff is very friendly and the entire resort is very well maintained and clean. The kids club offered everything our kids needed to enjoy their stay and this resort offers baby sitting. Highly recommend!

The staff is amazing, one of the best services we ever got. The room cleanninless is really bad, there were cockroach everyday, even after cleaning they came back. The room on our left side was in remodeling, they made so much noise and cause so much trouble that my baby couldn't sleep for 2 days. Two of the restaurants require high standard dressing and this was not explicitly described when we purchased the package, so we try to dress appropriate for dinner, they made our reservation, but when we arrived there, they rejected my entrance as my shirt was colarless, I felt really embarrassed.

We had a perfect trip with our family of 4. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, delicious food/drinks and such fun amenities and entertainment for our kids (baby & 2 year old). This is our favorite resort to visit with children. We will definitely be back!

To start, this hotel is not a five star resort. When you physically go to a bar, you get excellent service with friendly staff. Good luck getting beach or pool side anything. Way understaffed. To add check in was not smooth and took a lot of effort and in the end I got a room I really did not want even though it was an upgrade. Then my partner is allergic to seafood and they asked them 100 times between check in, check in at restaurant, and the waiter asking and yet still he was served it. That I found unacceptable. The food is dry cold and lackluster. Wouldn’t stay again.

Staff super friendly - 11 restaurants but make sure you're in the right "club" to get into two of these. Food wasn't my favorite. The only reason I gave it a 4 overall was because of the food - which in some places was overcooked. Housekeeping excellent - concierge very attentive and prompt. Checkin/out very smooth. Resort was spotless - beach very clean. Weather was outstanding. Entertainment was good.

Stayed in the balcony with personal pool and jacuzzi. The staff was amazing and there’s so many amazing deals. A massage is a must and I recommend doing at least one activity with the staff because they will give you a good laugh. Food was really good for an All-Inclusive. Felt like an intimate honeymoon because the Adults Only side was relaxed and peaceful. Could be because of the time of year (April) or the guest that were there (many couples young to old).

The resort is nice, beach is clean. A lot of good restaurants and food was delicious especially at dinner. Staff is slow and not polite.

The facilities at Punta Cana Finest were well-maintained, clean, and created a pleasant atmosphere overall. I really appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything in good condition. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service from a few staff members, as their attitude didn’t quite meet the high standards set by the rest of the experience.

The Finest Punta Cana is perfect for a peaceful, wellness-focused vacation. I stayed in the adults-only section, which was serene and relaxing. However, if you’re traveling without kids, the Excellence upgrade isn’t necessary to enjoy the luxury. While the food could’ve had more flavor (I’d rate it 6/10), the variety of restaurants and cuisines was impressive. There’s plenty of entertainment and activities, even though it’s not a party resort. The real highlight was the incredible staff, special thanks to Javier, Jeremi, Edwin, and Wilson for making the experience so enjoyable. The service overall was exceptional and made my stay stress-free. Highly recommend for a calm, high-quality escape in Punta Cana.

The hotel, staff & property are truly amazing! The restaurants were top notch! We loved our plunge pool room! The cocktails & activities available were insanely awesome! Unfortunately I cannot recommend booking thru Expedia :(. we could not get ye help we needed and there was a mistake on our reservation which resulted i. us having to pay an extra hundreds of dollars at check in. Our two adults reservation was changed to one adult & one infant. This was not what we booked. It resulted in us having to pay extra and wait hours to check in because we could not get help from Expedia. We recommend going direct to the hotel. The good news is that the hotel and staff helped us and we LOVE THE RESORT! 5 stars! Don’t forget to bring US dollars for tipping the staff. There is no way to charge it to the room.
