Workers were extremely nice! Unfortunately the adult side swim up bar is under construction. We were not made aware of this. Beach area is full of trees not really a place to tan. Not as much waves as there is a border around the beach. Food was great.

The resort was really clean and the food was good. It would of been nice to know our Adult side pool was closed for construction prior to arriving. Luckily there wasn't a lot of kids on the family side for the week we were there. Overall experience was goof for our second time at a Catalonia Resort.

servicio en general malo La amenidad y el paquetes que solicitamos para el cumpleaños de mi esposa no estaban en la habitación al llegar Tuve que ir al desk y nadie sabia nada. Después de pelear con la persona accedió de mala gana a hacerlo Solo enviaron la botella y los globos,no había cup cake ni los chocolates por los que pagué La piscina principal esta en remodelación y no avisan al reservar No había musica en ningún bar o restaurante el primer día, pedimos musica en el bar de la playa nunca hubo En 3 ocasiónese ya no nos dejaron entrar al restaurante, según por el horario y nos mandaron al food truck Estaban cerrados 2 ocasiones y la 3ra tuvimos que esperar mas de 1 hora a que llegara alguien

El check in muy lento. No nos orientaron bien donde estaban los restaurantes. El hotel tiene en remodelación la piscina principal y tuvimos q usar la piscina familiar del otro hotel. Los restaurantes también está en remodelación, así q usamos los restaurantes del hotel familiar. El restaurante italiano, español y oriental fueron excelentes al igual que el buffet. Mi sugerencia es que mejor reserve el Catalonia Bávaro y no el Royal de adultos.

You would call to ask for things from the front desk. Basic things like towels and rags and they wouldn’t replenish adequately. Also, you would call to ask for a ride within the resort, or room service or anything and they would forget and you’d have to call multiple to MAYBE get what you’re looking for. Also, the workers are so limited in their English. Which made daily requests and life in the resort quite difficult.

I did the romance package for my wife and I, for our honeymoon. The hotel itself is nice and the employees are just as nice but with that being said the room itself was not made out to be as romantic. No chocolate strawberries, rose pedals or anything that was promised. I had mentioned it again the day before we were leaving, and they said it would be fixed but nothing was done and it didn’t feel special at all.
