This is by far the worst resort chain that I’ve visited. They upsell you upon arrival promising you VIP service. I am truly disappointed. I was promised top shelf service alcohol and food . All lies. I went to the bar requesting a top shelf drink I was told that top shelf service was only offered at the private beach and one club on the property. The mini bar snacks: a pack of M&Ms , a Milky Way candy bar and a small can of Pringles. The alcohol a small bottle of Rum that will not be replaced once consumed. The fridge was stock with soda, water, juice and beer. Butler service: I met my Butler at checkin and it day 3 I have not seen him since. Housekeeping: promised twice a day cleaning. Day 2 room barely cleaned and housekeeping did not return that evening. Food: The absolute worst. Breakfast was great. Lunch : was ok. Dinner: The Spoon : Food the worst . The food choices limited. The service was excellent. Enjoyed the staff very attentive. Nothing on this resort after leaving the lobby was 5Star. Not the 5 Star Chains that I’ve visited. Dinner at the Italian restaurant. The service was awful. We sat down before at least five tables around us. The other tables we served and finished eating before we received our salads; our drinks were never refilled. The staff was dismissive. The food was underwhelming. Room service: Day one food came it was good. Day 2: food never arrived. It was more like going on a Timeshare presentation than being on vacation.

Management missed the boat...not able to exchange either $20 US for $1US bills or 500 peso for 100 pesos...had to ask wait staff and shops for change. So I was unable to be as free with tipping as I would have liked. There were many GREAT employees who deserve better!

What an amazing place. We came to celebrate my son’s birthday and Breathless did not disappoint. The food was amazing the staff very friendly. We had daily check-ins from our concierge. We will definitely be back !

Stayed for a week. The property is new and very appealing and modern. Food options seem endless. Tried a lot of different restaurants and they were all excellent. We own a restaurant so we are pretty picky, but both service and quality of food and preparation were excellent. Personnel was fantastic, particularly Jenna and Ramon as VIP concierge. They were very attentive and proactive in offering help. Overall, a fantastic experience.
