IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH THIS IS NOT THE RESORT FOR YOU! I travel out the country often and this was an experience that I am not use to but enjoyed. No one spoke English or barely spoke it (which is a safety thing for me). There was even difficulty with the google translator. Thankfully we meet a bilingual guy to translate. I'm used to resorts Americanizing everything. Even in the night club it was all Spanish music which definitely killed my vibe they didn't even play Cardi B. The beach was horrible seaweed everywhere, but I talked to another traveler that said that this is not normal it must be the season because she comes often but never went in the month of May. Food was ok, I do not know about the buffet because I never ate there, well I ate at the sports bar and I ate the same thing which was beef tips and seafood rice which was good that's why I was eating it every day (lol), I mainly did reservations. The resort was clean, beautiful, and many shops, nice staff. Would I come back? Sure, but I am bringing my Bluetooth speaker. The boat excursion saved my trip they played all the rachet music.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie pase 5 dias de angustia la habitacion el aire no funcionaba tuve que dormir con ventilador los 5 dias la puerta del closet cayendose mal olor en el shower la comida malisima el servico catastrofico ya no les interesa que les des propina este es el buffet el rest de carnes Santa Fe las carnes malisimaa tienes que levantarte a buscar la ensalada el postre el pan nunca ha ia visto cosa igual el restaurante español tambien malisimo lo unico que comi fue las croquetas con pan y se me subieron 2 cucarachas por el mantel que asco no vayan

The rooms were not as I expected. It look like it needed to be remodeled. Also it was very far for all the stores and entertainment. They wanted to charge extra to move us closer to were everything was. Buffet food was always at room temperature, not hot as it should’ve been. I have to say that the restaurants were much better. So I recommend that when possible make your reservation for the restaurants instead of the buffet.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and safe. Staff is very helpful and polite. Enmanuel Portorreal went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and did regular check-ins with us. He’s responsive and always willing to help or answer questions. He helped us with restaurant reservations and saved us time running around. He also assisted during check out, making sure we knew transportation had arrived and that our luggage was placed in the correct van. My only criticism would be the food. It really does taste blend. There’s always a large variety of foods available, but most just taste the same. I will say, though, that when I requested just pasta, rice or French fries for my son, who is picky, the restaurant staff did their best to accommodate. Overall, we had a great experience.
