The property was very nice, including the swimming pools, and grounds in general. We enjoyed our stay.
However, the Front Desk Staff needs more training in helping guests get back to the airport. It is not very far away, and getting from the airport to the hotel went okay, but we had to pay for two cabs for our group. When checking in, we requested to reserve a cab that would hold all seven of us, and we were told that we had one.
We were not told that due to traffic in the morning, it would take twice the time, approximately 35 minutes, to get back to the airport. However, we were fortunate that we were told to depart at 6am, so even with a 20 minute delay finding us another cab, we made it there with some time to spare. Other people we knew had been told to depart at 6:30am, and when their cab did not show up, they barely made the flight and were totally stressed out.
I think it is a training issue.
