The room smelled of mildew and urine. AC needed servicing to clean filter, and when turned off made clicking noise in the middle of the night. Pet friendly room, but smelled like no effort had been made to negste odors. Contacted River Tree and Expedia, but after 24 hours, no response. Luckily the 2nd adult couldn't make it or she would have been hospitalized due to asthma and lung issues.

An easy motel to find— easy check-in, super friendly front desk person. A 2-3 inch foam pad on the bed would do wonders! It was comfortable, but the pad would make it perfect! Maybe do upgrades with the tv. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

Th property was very amazing, a very quiet place to stay and the rooms are very nice, beds were comfortable, I slept well, I love the kitchen area, the pool, the weight room. our family had the times of our lives here.

A five star rating because the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Pool area was well kept with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. Our room was spacious and clean . Dining choices within walking distance are limited.

This place was very clean the beds were comfortable and the beddings were nice and clean. The room was amazing great shower pressure and plenty of towels for all of us who stayed. The pool was perfect the hot tub was great a little low on water but overall was really nice. 9 out of 10 for sure
