Front staff were rude. I was suppose to arrive on 8-19, but flight was canceled due to weather so didn’t arrive until the 20th. I loved the Mexican folkloric dance group, the pools awesome, the food was delicious and fresh, staff very friendly and helpful, specially Julio- he make everything is his power to accommodate all our needs. I almost cancelled my reservation after reading negative reviews but I’m so glad I didn’t. We stayed for 3 days and everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great, the worker at the omelette station was very friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. There’s numerous activities going on for all ages. The beach in this zone is known for not being the cleanest around but it was still nice to walk the beach in the afternoons and buy from local vendors.

The hotel was great. We loved Omar. He always greeted us and made us feel welcome at the pool. Housekeeping was also great. The only thing I didn’t love was constantly being asked for our room number for everything.
