Checkin was smooth. Food at all restaurants was good. Special attention paid to grounds and maintaining property in good condition. Housekeeping also good. The only negative thing about our trip was the pushy Timeshare people. They were rude and obnoxious. Other than those timeshare people the whole trip was good and our family enjoyed quite a bit. Pizza restaurant and Italian restaurant were the best. Kids loved the Pizza place as it was open till midnight.

This was our first holiday as a family of five. We have three young kids between 7 months and 7 years. This property was absolutely perfect for us. We have traveled often over the years, and never done the “all inclusive” route - that is now forever changed because of this property. The rooms were great, the pools were great, the food was great, the SHOWS were great, the staff were great and the beach was great! This resort has something for everyone. We have not had a relaxing holiday in 7 years, and now we have. Everything was so easy. Thank you Marival Emotions, we will see you soon!!

We enjoyed our stay. We found that it would be very good for families with small children, kid pool area is excellent and the resort feels very safe. A little quiet for couples, would have been nice to have music going later in the area with small stage area by the bar. Very clean resort and the staff were all friendly and attentive. We felt it was odd that there was no water bottles in the room at all. There were refill water stations on each floor, but ours was usually not functioning. No all day snack bar. Italian option was excellent, a must book! Club members only sections are irritating. Sales pitch on arrival also something to ditch if possible. Would lkely stay again as the overall feel was a good one.

Very good hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, we were able to eat in the specialty restaurants and the food and service were great. The entertainment crew was very fun and creative from the pool games to the night concerts.

We loved our stay at the Marvel and the food and restaurants and pools are amazing but the room on the suite complex was old and needs to be updated. The bed was horrible as it was rock hard. When we had made our reservations 3 months before, we asked for 2 rooms together (So our grandkids could come back and forth) but that didn’t happen. Matter of a fact, they weren’t even in the same building. That made me really mad as I had requested 3 different times to get this to. 1 by phone and 2 by email but still they didn’t fill our request. I would definitely go back

They want you to attend couple of hours they call it breakfast to sell you time share or membership whatever they want to scam you with And if you don’t do it - when u call to make restaurant reservation they ignore you The mattress smells like chemicals like moth balls ?? We told them and they ignore us

Great for families with young children. Food is just OK. Reservation process for speciality restaurants is terrible, slow, difficult and frustrating. Restaurants were not full. Evening programs are fun and children's preshow is engaging. Rooms showing their age. Great beach.

The property felt very safe. The activities planned were fun, the pools and ocean were great, the bars and staff were on point, and the overall vibe of the property was relaxing. We especially enjoyed the Mexican night and the Beach party night. While the buffet held many many options and homemade delicious food, the promise of obtaining reservations at one of three restaurants for 1/2 the amount of days you stayed there was non existent. We stayed for 5 nights and only obtained one reservation at 830 and was only given one choice. We met someone who was there for 10 days and she only received 2. Plus it took 2 hours to reserve. I think that for what the resort was there should have been accessibility to more upscale options. Overall though-I would stay again.

The property was well decorated and laid out in a good way only complaint is the location of the buffet should have been more centrally located. The guest service manager did her best to take care of our complaints. The food on some themed nights lacked acceptance in the buffet. We did enjoy the three specialty restaurants and two nights at the buffet for Asian night and fisherman’s night were very good. Breakfast at the buffet was very good too except for the lack of strawberries for the crepes or the mixed fruit for the crepes too.
