We stay at Los Arcos everytime we go to PV. It is the best location there is. You are right in the middle of old town, you can walk to bars and restaurants, you can easily walk to the Malecon. The pool is fantastic, they do have an adults only pool as well. It's right on the beach, and they do serve drinks down there. This time the main hotel was full, so we stayed at Los Arcos Suites, but it is just across the street and half a block up. We could walk to the pool/dining in less than 5 minutes. There is another pool at Los Arcos Suites, but it's very quiet, and no bar over there. The staff is always SO accomodating and friendly. The food is great. Even tho it's a buffet, it does vary from day to day, so you don't get sick of eating the same stuff everyday. It's a $10 uber ride from the airport, you do have to walk across the pedestrian bridge from the airport to get uber from the airport, but uber from hotel to airport arrived in 2 minutes and again was only $10. A cab ride is $40. Miguel on the beach was an amazing server! 5 stars will definitely stay again and again!

As a VIP member, they let me use the pools at the other hotels. Great price on the all-inclusive and stay in general. Staff was excellent across the board. Definitely staying there again and again as I had many times now.

This property was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We had breakfast each morning at the playa arcos hotel. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Miguel who served us at mi pueblito restaurant and at the beach all 3 days we were there. )

I get this hotel is in Old Town. It could use updates and better maintenance in general. Nothing special and internet was horrible. Not secured and always warnings not to trust or sign in to websites where cc info was stored. Definitely will look elsewhere on my next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Didn't like staying at upgraded suite with no food access or bar services. You have to walk a block at main Hotel. Got free dinner but was never told they owned two other restaurants we could choose from.

Overall experience was great, facilities and neighbouring hotels linking together was good. Staff were fantastic. Bed was comfortable, room was dated but functional but great for the price. Location was amazing and close to bars, restaurants and the beach.

Los Arcos is a moderate hotel: has all the basics one needs. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Location is excellent (in the heart of the Romance Zone, walkable to the "Center"). Has very good U.S. cable t.v. selection. Staff are super helpful.

Property is fine for what it is. We were upgraded to a suite for free. Which are large rooms with a kitchenette. One of our rooms had a musty smell. We had a power outage in the night for 3 hours, nobody did anything, nobody checked on us, I had to sent my husband down at 3 am and someone came an reset the breaker. In Canada or the US you would give a free breakfast or something for this type of issue. My husband has a sleep machine and it’s hot as F so laying there without power for three hours when it was only a breaker issue sucked. Also the fact you can’t use the pools between the 3 los acros owned pools is lame and not what I heard on the internet.
