Terrible noise every night from the loud banging music from the restaurant/bar across the street. This went on most nights until 1 AM. Came home exhausted because of a lack of sleep during our stay at the Hotel. To bad because Hotel and staff service was very good. Do not recommend to stay in this Hotel.

Wonderfully charming place!

This was an amazing property- the staff was so friendly and lovely! The pool is not heated, so it was a little cool in January, but cooled you off for sure!
From the plunge pool in penthouse 2- this is the rooftop sitting area!

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

What a great stay for our family of 5! Close to the ocean! A wonderful restaurant right across the street and around the next corner. Excellent breakfast brought up to your room if you want to. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool with bar a nice bonus. Malecón and Zona romantica only 15 min walk

Hotel is very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good as well. Nice place to access the down town area. The sad part is the pebble small public beach across the street to use by guests. The restaurant and building across the are pretty run down and that effects the ambience. The side streets to go to the main road or Malacon are narrow sidewalks with a lot of trash along the way. Many cats and dogs around the hotel leaving there marks on the sidewalks. The toilets should not be flushed with toilet paper and you need to place it in a garbage basket in the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom either. On a budget is is a good place to stay though.
