Staff was very professional on arrival and very helpful with explaining amenities. Hotel lobby and room were very clean and there was a fun pool. It was very close to the marina and airport. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast letdown...
Rooms are a good to great - we were on 2nd floor so convenient to pool and ice but a little noisier. Breakfast was a BIG disappointment. Not set up for volume relative to vacancy. Food is low end buffet and disappears as fast as they can bring it out. Literally a line up back to elevators (20+ people). We ended up going into Marina for breakfast. Other than that everything was fine. At end of day you get what you pay for just don't go there if you're a wake up and have breakfast person.

We had booked a wheelchair accessible room. The hotel emailed back to confirm. When we checked in, we were told the room was no longer available. We felt forced to accept the room as it was getting late & with it being close to New Years, rooms were limited. The BR door opened totally blocking toilet. I had to bounce my husband in his chair over ledge into the shower, close bathroom door, bounce back over the ledge, maneuver around folded up chair once my husband transferred onto toilet to exit BR. NOT IMPRESSED!!

The only thing was missing was a fridge in the room, we were there for 3 nights and it would have been practical. The breakfast is really good and lots of options, it can get pretty busy and the staff try to help as they can, another employee to help felt bad for this great server trying to please everyone and still had a smile. The hotel is very nice pool, gym and walking distance to grocery and marina.
