It had everything you needed at one property which was nice. And it was very easy to get a car there if you wanted to leave the property. The rooms could use some updating but they weren’t usable.

The property was spectacular! The multiple restaurants were amazing! Everyone we came in contact with was phenomenal! They were extremely friendly, hospitable, and welcoming. Our room was wonderful and the ocean view balcony was perfect. The nightly entertainment was great and the variety was excellent. I highly recommend this property and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future!

We had an unreal stay at the Hilton! The staff were all super kind and all incredible people. Jorge in the Enclave Lounge was our favourite. He was helpful, kind and attentive to all our our needs. Christian at the pool was the best server and so so kind. The place was perfectly clean, the food was great and it is an extremely safe place. No one can get in or out of the hotel without going through multiple staff members and getting checked in. We don’t have kids, but definitely will be coming back with a little one or two one day as it seemed like a great place for families. Thank you so much to everyone at the Hilton that made our stay so awesome!!!

This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and we will definitely be back. All the staff was friendly. Juan did an excellent job taking care of us while we were by the pool making sure we had drinks. Gilberto at the Vala buffet was an incredible server and we were lucky to have him each night as our server. He was very efficient and spent a lot of time talking with my husband while we ate. He is the best!!

Just got back from a great trip. We stayed Sunday to Friday and I truly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. We traveled with our 12 and 15 yr olds and my 60 something year old parents. Everyone loved it. Food was great! I especially liked the Mexican and sushi restaurants. Steakhouse was good too. Drinks were great and their Prosecco was good. I only had buffet the first night when we got there for dinner and I did not care for it for dinner. The buffets were great for breakfast though. Fresh fruit, omelet station, crispy bacon! I also really enjoyed the seafood spot for lunch. The burger truck and outdoor buffet was a great option for when you’re by the pool. Honestly, there isn’t anything I wanted that I couldn’t find. They had spin class and exercise classes in the morning (I watched from my room), my husband said the gym was really nice. Every room has an amazing ocean view. Again, if you have a group that is easily inconvenienced or the grumpy type, they might find something bad in even the nicest hotels. We saw a few of these types while I was there. A husband who would get annoyed because he had to wait for his drink and the wife trying to calm him down. Embarassing really. We really enjoyed the pools, beach was amazing, whale watching every single morning (we saw so many baby whales!), collecting seashells, looking for crabs, visiting all the bars and playing games every night in the family lounge. I was surprised how into the games my kids were.

Beautiful lobby entrance and wonderful staff throughout. Depend on who I travel with if I was to come back. The swimming areas are limited as compared to other resorts we have stayed at as well as limited beach access for longer walks or exploration. Many restaurants to choose from, all very good. Rooms were clean, great balcony views but sky bar area was not cleaned each evening so morning lounging was with garbage ran dirty patios.
