Just returned home after a week of all inclusive at Villa Del Palmer. Great facility, friendly staff, fun activities, quiet. Loved playing pickle ball and enjoying the beach and pool!! Will definitely be back!

I had fun week....the one downsize is if you book an all inclusive....u have to sign a bill with EVERY purchase....from a can of pop to an icecream cone...to a bottle of water

Overall a great stay. They are in the process of renovating the property, so they had closed the sports bar/BBQ, which was unfortunate, given that one more restaurant would have been nice. Overall, the quality of service was great, but it was very slow the majority of the time as they seemed understaffed for the number of people at the resort. Aside from those two issues, we had a great stay.

The staff is so friendly and the beach is beautiful. The room was basic, but we didn’t spend much time there. The food was fresh and tasty and we had a wonderful family vacation.

We liked the location and size of the resort. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The things that could be improved is the property is showing it’s age and need for updates. The restaurants were very good but there could be more dining options. The buffet currently is closed some nights for dinner and it should consider being open every night as quite a few people were leaving the resort. Our room was close to the lobby and became very loud at night. It would be nice to have a quiet time established between a certain hour at night until a set time in the morning. An on-site US currency exchange would be helpful. A stocked refrigerator in the room as we have had at most other resorts we’ve stayed would also be nice. They could improve on their system for having to sign a receipt every time you purchased a drink or snack. It created a huge amount of paper trail.
