There is so many more options for the same price point but better quality. Staff was extremely rude, Got charged for another person although online it said kids under 16 are free. The hotel wouldn't help with room accommodations. We booked a certain room and was given a storage / dungeon. No windows, no outlets. Felt like prison. The breakfast was a joke we even paid more and it was only egg, and papaya.

Mexico 2.75 star-level accommodation with 5 star execution. Perfect for my needs. Simple and clean with basic room amenities. I opted for an ocean view with refrigerator turning the room into a nice place to hang out between outings. The included light breakfast at the onsite restaurant brought the necessary coffee and little something for the belly before heading out. The servers were great! All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The property was very clean and orderly, as well as safe. It is a three star hotel, providing a good bed, clean floors, and well-running bathroom facility. We had the street view room, and it did not have a fridge or microwave, as advertised. Next time, we’ll probably buy a lightweight cooler at the nearby Leys supermarket, and fill it with ice to keep a few cool drinks in the room.

Our room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast of fruit, bread coffee and juice was good. You could order off the menu or they had a small breakfast buffet. Great week for the price we paid.
