Beautiful property! Staff were friendly. Manuel was our favorite bartender. He took the time to get to know us and greeted us every day by name and was always had our favorite drink ready for us! His wife Suzanna works at the beach club. She was very nice and personable. The atmosphere was always great when Manny was working. Thank you for your excellent service and hospitality. Riviera Delta was an incredible hotel. Very clean and staff that went the extra mile. Some of the food at the snack bar such as the burger with squeezed on cheese was not as high quality as we would have liked, but the buffets, seated lunch, and other restaurant had wonderful food. I loved how kid friendly the place was and how there were many things to keep busy with. The pools were a little run down - some tiles missing and some sharp edges, but this did not impact the overall quality of our stay. I highly recommend.

It is very unique location uphill in a beautiful forest. Very safe, quiet, kind staff. Definitely worth of money. Food options in the main buffet very limited compare to other all-inclusive resorts, almost always a line up in busy hours to be seated, sometimes up to half an hour, since space in the main buffet was limited too If you have problem walking uphill, you are always dependent on golf-carts and you have to book the carts when you are going back to the front desk and lobby

This is our first time in an all inclusive. We traveled during winter and wanted warm weather, which we got. The hotel has good pool and I enjoyed the service, nice people. The room - good sized room for two adults and two small children. I like the beach club they had. But that’s about it. Food was not good. Very limited options. We were there for New Year’s Eve and they had a ‘special’ dinner, which we appreciate they tried. Prime rib - more like prime leather, wayyyyyy well done. They have a teppanyaki restaurant. Oh my… horrible. We ate outside most of the time. I would not come back to this resort.

I would rate 3/5. The food is terrible all of it, except for the food truck that serves tacos and ceviche. We opted to eat off resort most of our meals. We did give everything a chance or two. If your goal is for a Mountain View. Make sure you get a room on the 5th level, we were on the second level resulting in a terrible view. Room and service were great. No laundry service, no room service, and expect A LOT of walking. WiFi and cell service spotty the entire time, it drove me mad. Staff is friendly. The place is very worn down outside of the rooms. Pro tip, don’t book shuttle services from airport. It should cost 500-700 pesos via taxi one way. Uber isn’t as available as the south in PV. I recommend visiting the La Cruz Sunday market 9-2 (Sunday only). I recommend whale watching. Besides that, this was my first time this far north in PV, I’ve stayed down south a handful of times and def prefer the south. This is about 40-50 min north from the airport.

This is a great place if you like to not do much at night and/or have little kids. There isn’t much to do here overall but it is gorgeous and the staff is excellent!! If you like just laying at the pool all day, it’s a good place for that.

Beautiful property, the staff is very friendly, and the jungle setting is gorgeous. Downfalls - food is not good, limited choices (buffet and two restaurants) and there is absolutely nothing to do. This is a perfect spot if you don’t want to be on the beach, don’t want to do anything but lounge by the pool, or if you have small children. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a resort with good food and entertainment

This resort on the mountain side is stunning. Right from the gate, reception, kitchen to cleaning, the staff are truly exceptional and professional. Service is prompt and efficient. We don't speak Spanish but it was quite easy to communicate our needs, which were met with enthusiasm. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.
