I enjoyed my stay, and the staff were all super fantastic! The area outside is not tourist friendly as it looks very poor and you have locals trying to hustle and finesse money from you left and right… which sucks. The sand is EXTREMELY HOT, the bottoms of my feet were tender and in pain by the time we left (4 days). The adult side is boring… you would think they would have the late entertainment, club/disco, and adult only areas open at the adult only side but they don’t. There were also people from the resort with their kids on the adult side so that’s no fun…

Select is definitely way to go im a solo traveler so a room by A nice quiet beach us required. Food was not the best but was not bad i wouldn't bring my wife but as a solo traveler or with the boys yes

The hotel was wonderful! All of the staff members were incredibly attentive, especially ‘Francis’ at the select customer service counter. We bombarded him with questions every time we passed by, and he never once showed any frustration. The hotel was so large that even after three nights, we got lost daily and couldn’t find the entrance! We’d laugh and end up going back to Francis for directions. The buffet had plenty of good food with a wide variety of options. The bartenders at the select pool were friendly and even smiled when they saw us wandering around in circles trying to find our way. Overall, we were 100% happy with our stay and will definitely return!

Overall the resort was beautiful and you can tell the staff all know eachother and it feels very homey. The amenities could be upgraded and the food options were very limited. I went with my vegan friend and she ate rice/beans for 4 days straight. The night club played no English songs and was really small. The wait staff was rude at times. One of the best things was the infinity pool, the massage I received and the drinks.

It could use some improvements. I stay on the adult only side but the security was not paying attention and people who belong on the family side was able to enter. There's really no entertainment thru out the day. The will be a show once at night and the night club is small and only open for 2 hrs. The food was good but their only certain time it was available. They give you a paper that tell you where & when you eat and how long it available to you. The beach to the resort was private (although I was safe its a red flag). The room was clean and housekeeping was excellent The bar Attendants was wonderful but they don't have enough wait staff will come on the beach or pool area to come and see if you need beverages. If your looking to relax this is a place for you. Overall I would give this a 3.5 stars because I had been to better resorts.
