Some of the rooms are in need of remodeling in the older buildings. The newly remoled rooms are very modern and comfortable. The shower in the new units need a dish tray installed for soap and other personnel items. Overall its in the heart of sosua and 1 of the better properties to stay

If you're there to have fun this is the place to be, safe and clean. The room looks way way better in person, it's definitely up to date, and clean. Everyone there staff especially were pretty chill, security 24/7. I really liked the place. Now, there was a younger male waiter. Sassy and rude, he said some slick shhh to me in spanish about me. Didn't know I understood what he said, I played dumb. When he handed me my food, he said something about me getting diarrhea. I couldn't believe it. Outside of him, the place was great, I wouldn't go back solely because of him.

Not a safe area. Very clean hotel and also very comfortable rooms. Did not have the do not disturb signs for privacy. Maids were knocking on my room an hour before checkout to clean the room. Better administration service should be implemented to provide maida when a room is still occupied.
