We had a great time during our recent stay at BBVD. The beach area was lovely, and the entertainment team was incredibly hardworking. The staff was courteous throughout our visit. The accommodations and food options were decent and fair for the price.

The service was great. The massage amazing. The hotel is old and run down. Looks nothing like the pictures. The food at the beach bar made my husband and I sick. We literally threw up all our food we ate there. Alcohol is not top shelf, so that made us sick as well. I would not recommend this place. The security level is low. Anyone can come in that place like nothing.

Do not come to this hotel. It is not worth the money we paid for sure. You can get an actual resort for the same price in punta cana. Hotel is old, dirty, and has very limited drink options. Staff was great but the amenities and hotel itself were extremely disappointing. I repeat, not worth the price at all.

The pictures of the rooms are deceiving. The rooms are very outdated and they smell musty and damp. Bathrooms are extremely small. The rooms lacked sufficient towels for showering and the pool. The towel cabana did not open until 9am so you would have to wait until then for new towels if you wanted to go to the beach or pool early. There was no entertainment until the weekend when the locals show up and you have to pay for wifi service.

Stayed here for a work trip. After a little bumpy checkin and a room change everything was great.we stayed for 10dys. The food was ok most of the time. The staff were very helpful and our room was clean. The beach area was also a nice break and well kept.
