Hot water heater smelled of stinky sulphur, then ceased to function. Maintenance staff came in several hours later, and that fix lasted for a day. Two of three nights we had no hot water or showers.

Couldn’t get out of the master bedroom

It was ok. The Bellman noticed the master bedroom door handle was broken. He put a request in and it was never fixed. I reached out every day and nothing was done. If the master door got closed, we could not get out. We had to go through the patio to open the door. One night the patio door was locked. We had to call my daughter to come open the door so we could get out. It was horrible.

If you come to Puerto Peñasco the only place where you should stay has to be Las Palomas! Amazing!!!!!

Great view. Great room. Poor staffing. This hotel had a skeleton crew running it. We had no water in our shower for 3 days. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no one giving out pool towels. We had none. One person at front desk. If you want good customer service, dont stay here.
