This property is unique. Fairly compact campus, level walking 90% of the time. Multiple elevators, plentiful public washrooms. Rioms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Food is good, could use one more restaurant. Entertainment is great. Staff is incredible! We were there twice in 6 weeks and we will be back.

I did not appreciate being hounded the first day there, wanting to be sold a package of travel. Not waiting on my room until 3pm when the room was ready prior to that. The stench from the seaweed was atrocious.

Most everyone was friendly and acted pleased we were there. One gal in the coffee shop had a bit of an attitude because I asked for cream after I received my coffee. Told me I should have ordered white coffee. Well I didn't know but thanks for reprimanding me. The pool was fun but toward the end of our vacation it was looking rough. Our floaties were covered in brown muck and my bathing suit was as well. By our swim up room there was brown stuff floating on the top. They finally cleaned it the night before we had to leave. The food was alright, I have had way worse at other resorts in Mexico. There was evening entertainment daily. The gal they had sing in Land Shark one evening was amazing and fun. All in all we had a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay here - it’s a standout example of how to do all-inclusive right. The staff were friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient without ever feeling intrusive. One of the highlights was the variety and quality of food options. With so many freshly prepared dishes available, we never experienced the dreaded buffet fatigue. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with features that made our stay even more relaxing. While the resort isn’t sprawling (a good thing for us) the layout of the pools and sunbathing areas is clever - offering the perfect balance between peaceful lounging and vibrant social spots, depending on your mood. Some standout moments for us included sipping delicious cocktails at The Salted Rim, personalising our mini bar at the café, and enjoying the incredible poolside tacos - all of which added to the overall experience. The only downside was the unpleasant smell of rotting seaweed from the nearby beach, which was unfortunately unusable during our stay. That said, we understand this is a natural issue outside the hotel’s control and didn’t let it overshadow an otherwise exceptional trip.

We knew this property did not have a beachfront, but others were shocked. We spend our time in the pool and like a great ocean view. This resort offered that and so much more. We normally stay at resorts twice the price but found this resort to be cleaner, nicer, and had an extremely friendly staff in every area. Loved it so much I am returning in 8 weeks.
