Great Place to Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. We did have a little bit of problem with bugs in our room at night, we had to keep the lights off or they seemed to come in through the thatch roof I guess. We also had ants in our bed a couple of times. But overall we truly enjoyed our time. The pool is perfect both for younger kids and older kids or adults. The food is excellent at the restaurant.

Pretty good 5 star hotel
Its a beautiful place kitchen is good but extremly high prices for guatemalan standards with a michelin star so for a sushi roll nearly Q 500 is a bit extrem.

We chose this property due to its convenient location adjacent to Ram Marine but it was so much more! Beautiful views, lovely pool area and dockside dining with friendly staff and good food and drinks. The sounds of all the birds and howler monkeys were a treat.

The grounds are well taken care of and the cabanas are clean and spacious. The service was good and nice. However I did not like the location very much next to gas stations and behind a marina. Also the restaurant had no vegetarian options.

Great service at the front desk; very helpful staff! The pool is undergoing renovation and is not currently available, but we were able to use the pickleball courts and paddles that the hotel arranged with a court next door.

buen día, la verdad nos decepcionamos del servicio en el hotel. en la primera noche, no se podía cerrar la ventana, las toallas parecían trapeadores rotas y grises de percudidas, el baño se tapo y la televisión se desprogramo y no la pudimos usar hasta el día siguiente,la piscina de los niños tenia agua estancada, no se veía limpia. aparte que no fue agradable llegar hasta la marina para poner meterse a la piscina. el servicio en restaurante muy lento, un día esperamos 1hora 30 min. para que nos sirvieran. ciertas platos del menú ya estaban agotados.

We were kept waiting at the entrance control booth while the gard was letting out personal from the hotel for a long time. The property is worn out. The pool was awful and dangerous because it had screws half way in where you are supposed to walk barefoot around it. The ladder you use to get in or out of the pool had no steps. Batches of pait missing, etc. We rented a room and paid extra for a river view. Instead we had a construction site in front of the room. We had large cockroaches on the bed ( had to kill one on top of the sheets). Won't be coming back to this hotel ever.
