The room was extremely noisy due to loud music playing from the next door at midnight, making it difficult to sleep. Initially, the staff was not very helpful; when I called the front desk, they seemed indifferent to my concerns. Frustrated, I had to go downstairs to the lobby to seek assistance directly, where I finally received a response regarding the situation.

The room was spacious and the king size bed was comfortable. Having a room with both a tub and a shower was very convenient. They check in was quick and easy. There was a coffee maker in the room but no pot. Also, the room had an ice bucket but no glasses. And it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. The TV is not in front of the bed so you need to move to a single person coach to watc, and there is no roller beds available.

Bad: no hair dryer, no safe deposit box,No glasses for drinks , no swimming pool available, first breakfast the service was terrible. Breakfast itself was ok. Great: very clean, room upgrade, second breakfast service was great I may come back just because there weren’t that many guests in the hotel.
