Great stay close to the university.
My partner stayed for two nights and the accommodations were, clean, comfortable, safe and very convenient to the University of Puebla. It would be nice to be able to pay in advance instead of the property and it would also be helpful to have a 24 hour front desk. The security is very good and was helpful to check in. Would recommend. This property is not in the tourist district.

Worst hotel experience
Afters several years with Hotels.com this Hotel is my first bad experience. Check-in was very long and complicated, they messed up with the credit card terminal and they didn’t know how to fix the problem… check in it took over 40 mins and by the time they finished, the cafeteria was closed. The room was very smelly, so smelly they sprayed “Lysol” to the room even before I even asked but it didn’t work., the odors were terrible. The tv was not working… I requested a room change but they said it was not allowed because that was the room that was “assigned” to me… next morning I asked front desk to call a taxi for me and they said that it was not an acivity that they can perform…

El hotel en si es bueno, lo malo es que hay demadiado ruido desde muy tempranito prenden como una como bomba de agua o de algun clima que hace mucho ruido y para variar no se si sea el restoran o algun otro local cerca que ponen la musica a todo volumen pero desde muy temprano y no dejan dormir

Todo muy bie, me gustó muchísimo el ligar es súper amplio y con la terraza grande, muy limpio, lo único que me molestó es que había demasiados moscos, supongo que al hacer la impieza abren la puerta de la terraza, aún cuando hay mosquitero y otro inconveniente fue que un día me tuve que bañar con agua fría, al día siguiente lo resolvieron. Muy conveniente la cafetería que tienen con excelentes desayunos, comida y café, para quien quiera preparse café dentro de la suite tienen cafetera y loza, en caso de que no lleves café, te lo venden en el restaurant. Para mí fue excelente mi estancia y te regala una vista increíble de los volcanes.

Fue la opción ideal para alojarme. La zona es segura y tranquila, ademas se encuentra arriba de una pequeña plaza comercial que cuenta con una cafetería que ofrece ademas del café obviamente, buena variedad de platillos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
