How you can let in a person completely drunk in the middle of the night, that was making noise, trying to get into a room, hitting walls with his body and after more than 25 minutes felt on the hallway floor and when I left by 7 am he was still there, I even took a picture, that is TOTALLY discussing, was there any staff at the hotel to check if everything is ok??????, at the front desk did I get an apology??? NO, I think I’ll be never coming back!!!

Quick two night trip on a budget for a ball game and family visit. Great, very clean spot. Comfy enough room, could use a comfier mattress. Also, if you offer room service (which was really good), you should also offer credit card payment. Don't make guests walk down to the front desk to use a credit card. SMH. Otherwise, everything is excellent for the price, and the staff is great.

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y el ventilador fue insuficiente. Tuve que conseguir otro ventilador para poder dormir bien. El agua caliente tardó mucho en salir y solo sale un chorrito de agua de la regadera

Excelente personal, instalaciones no tanto

Las instalaciones son viejitas, obscuras y frías pero en general conservadas. El baño y sábanas se encontraron sucios de una de las habitaciones rentadas, el baño fue limpiado pero las sábanas no fueron cambiadas. Si te tocan vecinos ruidosos desafortunadamente el ruido se traspasa. La ubicación es EXCELENTE al estar a una cuadra de avenida Juarez. No consumimos alimentos pero el restaurante se veía lindo. Por un costo adicional pudimos dormir con nuestra perrita en la habitación.
