So the manager is kind of rude, he won’t accept that the hotel doesn’t work as it should. There’s no shampoo, nor an iron… anything I believe that someone went into my room and snooped into my stuff I couldn’t be more disappointed, it’s even expensive for what they give you for the money, not worth it at all!!! Remove the property from the platform

The front desk staff is very friendly , rooms are small but a great view of the atlixco town. Just as suggestion they should have soundproof in the room , because we hard some of the guest noise in the early morning .

Huele a orines, la habitación sucia, había demasiados gatos, el que cuida o no se quien sea nunca hablaba, nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel porque afuera de la habitación se hicieron del baño los animales y apestaba horrible todo

NO REGRESO A ESE HOTEL
El gerente super descortes, nos cobro el estacionamiento, la alberca super sucia habia tendederos en el patio con sabanas, no te dan jabon ni shampoo. La habitacion con humedad y una repuza casi se cae el interner no llegaba a la habitacion tode super mal y solo por que ya habia pagado por adelanrado y llegamos solo a dormir y estabamos cansadas no nos fuimos pero super mal

No o entiendo como un hotel así puede estar aquí!
El hotel está bien ubicado pero lo tienen en condiciones terribles. No tengo nada contra los gatos pero no es para tenerlos en un hotel, andan por todos lados, en las noches se pelean, no dejan dormir y todo el lugar huele a orines de gato. La alberca que se anuncia tiene el agua mas verde que Xochimilco, la resbaladilla del jardín está en pedazos y siempre hay gatos en ella, los pasillos parecen bodega el baño no tenía coladera, las llaves de la regadera se caían solas, la puerta no cerraba, tampoco había mosquiteros y en el cuarto la última noche nos salió una cucaracha. Todos los días era ir a pedir de favor que pusieran agua caliente pues nunca funcionó por si solo. Los cuartos tampoco tienen ventilador mucho menos aire acondicionado por lo que si abres la ventana en la noche te llenas de mosquitos. Ojalá me pudieran contactar para enviar fotos ya que la aplicación no se por qué no me lo permite.
