Very clean rooms, good breakfast, easy parking. It is located in Explanade Mall which is full of dining options and activities for kids. Really convenient if you are going to either Cholula or Puebla. You will not regret it.

The staff are great! Both very friendly and very helpful. The access to the mall was very convenient. It’s about a 40 minute walk to the town of cholula, which is mostly a pleasant stroll. The pool though is actually very small, as is the gym. Very disappointing. I could also hear the people in the room next to me both having sex and snoring. So it’s a bit of a mixed bag
